It just surpass that amount and it is now in $8,200 level. Bitcoin's price will continue to grow as long as there will be more people who will trust the coin. Good thing about bitcoin is that it has a fixed number of supply and once the demand goes high price will go with it.

As long as no one will try to manipulate the prices of other alt coins again then bitcoin's price will continue to soar up.

If you look at the crypto market now, bitcoin has surpassed all time previous records again and i beleive it would sustain at the rate $8000 this time.
We are hoping the price to go over $10k by the end of december more people are getting involved in crypto trading and are appearing highly interested in bitcoin.

Bitcoin is not going to stop growing and as a proof bitcoin has already surpassed that price by a huge margin, in fact the question should be if there is going to be a price that bitcoin cannot surpass.

I think that bitcoin will stay at around 8900 dollars. Everyone is waiting for overcoming the psychological threshold of $ 9,000. Bitcoin should continue to reach new highs but there will be corrections along the way. There could even be a crash in the price as some point but every time the price of Bitcoin has crashed in the past, the highs are higher and the lows are higher than previously. The price has always recovered after crashes or corrections and reaches new highs.

Through all the price volatility and fluctuations, I think the price will rise over time.

Correct, the problem is that most people are into trading so they want the price to always go up and that is not possible, since I’m a holder I do not mind that the price goes down once in a while since that gives me a chance to buy bitcoin for cheap, besides the price has grown so much that the price will need to crash for me to not be on profit.

I would give it a maximum of 24 hours. In this kind of frenzy, if you have a good night's sleep and wake up, the price could have increased by over $1000. It wouldn't surprise me if we hit $10,000 in November.

I already doubt all these predictions that sounded until today. It has been going up for the whole night, i just went to sleep when bitcoin was below 7,20k each one, it is amazing because we dont even know when bitcoin will start to rise again, or when it will go down, it is like a huge surprise, we can not speculate about the price anymore.
It is going up again, i think that all that mess from bitcoin cash and the previous dump is now over, there are no signals about those FUDers and all those people who were "moving" their funds to bitcoin cash because they thought that it was the real bitcoin..

I think there is a fair chance for bitcoin to surpass the previous climax of $7556 . Bitcoin has crossed all the obstacles of china ban , s2x hard fork and the BCH and is rising faster and higher than ever.
It is fearly expected thay bitcoin will atleast reach upto $8000 by the end of 2017 and if the conditions stays in the favor of bitcoin it can also reach upto $10k .

Bitcoins characteristics are so unpredictable and year by year it surpass its past ATH and maybe for the next upcoming years we can see more huge lift up and breakthrough to its price. And may people expect this since we can actually earn for thinking positive with this bitcoin things. But I don't think those cancellation of segwit is the main cause of it since there is little percentage of BCH hype brokes the BTC rise at those moments.

Strange question. Passing the All time high will happen by the end of this month for sure. And bitcoin will at least take a run at $10,000 in December. It may fail to break it and take a few weeks longer to hit 5 figures, perhaps end of January, but it will at least take a run at it before the year is out.

It is a sure thing that Bitcoin will pass over $8000. Question is only when. It can this week, this month, this year or maybe not even next year. We never know what wil happen, what we know is that eventually price will get higher.

The question is not if it will surpass the current ATH but when? It is just a matter of time before bitcoin gets into a new ATH. By prediction of webbot it will reach above 10K early next year. So I expect it will happen by that time. The demand for bitcoin is still strong despite the so many problems and sabotage it is facing.

Obviously that it is going to go up again, there is no way that we can see a quiet bitcoin for now because all the storm has already passed, we are not going to see bad numbers on the market for a while.
it was a nice opportunity to get some bitcoins at a cheap rate when it dropped to 5,2k dollars about three days ago, i am really frustrated because i was not able to invest in that moment..
Anyway, i am still happy with my bitcoins and i will keep holding them for some more months, maybe years from now, who knows..

The previous record of bitcoin before retreating backwards touch $8000 if I am correct but I am sure its above the price you making reference to. That mark is just a few step away. I am confident that bitcoin will surpass that level and reach a new time high even before the end of the year. Its high time we moved beyond the point of doubting the potential of bitcoin on what height it would reach or not. Bitcoin has passed that level in my own evaluation.

Well it is upto $7320 each bitcoin at the moment, it is a high amount of money and we all know that it will continue going up for a while. There are no reasons to see bitcoin going down again. And if you pay attention to this, the whole marketcap rised more than 20 billion dollars since all this mess from bitcoin cash started.
If all that money could be invested in bitcoin instead of btccash, then the price of each bitcoin would be over $8700 at the moment (previous ath + 10%)
This is insane, but yes, we are going to touch a new ath soon

Yes I think it must hit this mark to ensure that btc is back in the game again and people can positively look it again as a relaible source after all this dust about bch has settled. This might be possible until this year end.

the previous record was $7888 @bitstamp, $7899 @bitfinex and $7897 @Coinbase. and yeah it will be reached pretty soon, my guess is this week at least it will be tested even if new ATH is not set.

with all the free money that is in the hands of investors in the past couple of days due to the recent pumps of multiple altcoins including bitcoin cash, we are in it for a nice end of the year rally.
