Which new altcoin you mean? There are too many altcoin, but some altcoin that can go to the that level price could be Waves, LTC, XZC, NEO. These altcoin has strong community already and will be bigger day by day, also the project has nice concept and interesting idea.

Yeah definitely, even Ethereum just passed the $1000 mark. Won't be surprised if Litecoin reaches such a value in the coming months or so.

Yes, I believe NEO will follow the Ethereum success in 2018. Just remember what was ETH price an year ago (under a dollar).
Another coins who could pass 1K barrier are LTC and Monero.

Yes, of course we will see it. Today, the ether has overcome this trait. And there are a few more coins, the price of which is already high. In 2018 there will be many pleasant surprises in the world of crypto currency
