I think this will be bring good effect for crypto in future, more government agree with crypto that will be backing crypto price, and about pay tax that is normal thing, because legal activity should be pay tax to the goverment, expensive tax isn't to be am problem for user, because that will be balanced by the profit.
and I hope will be more country follow this, because if we can use crypto in good way, that will be useful for us and for our government.
How about bad effect? all have their own advantages and weakness, but back to ourselves how to use it.

This policy can benefit investors in Thailand and generally for crypto lovers, If government regulation is made it can at least increase the source of state revenue through the application of taxes.

I don't see this benefiting me in any way, except that bitcoin will be more accepted as a legal thing and not an underground business.

For me as foreign citizen and I am not a Thailand citizen, it won't benefit me. But the Thailand citizens will benefit because the government supports every ICO. Thailand citizens are lucky because other countries banned ICO's and other stuffs related about cryptocurrency. More Thailand citizen can gain profit because of the support in the government. The negative side only is the Tax in every ICO's but for me it doesn't matter because the tax that will be negate on your profit is just a small value compared to profit you gain in joining that ICO.

I am sure that such circumstances will have a positive effect on investors, I think that soon we will see a good situation with tokens and bitcoin will go up, because many investors are very tired of waiting for recovery.

What benefit can it bring? Only 15% of losses. Why do you need such legalization? I do not expect anything good from the legalization of cryptocurrencies. This applies to all countries in the world. I am waiting for the time to come and we will be able to use cryptocurrency to buy goods in online stores. This will help us not to depend on Fiat and the decisions of governments.

The Bangkok Post informs that the Government of Thailand does not plan to ban ICO and crypto-currencies, but rather intends to introduce additional legislative regulation.
Haтпopн Чaтycpипитaк has told, that now it is planned to bring out for discussion two royal laws regulating questions кpиптoвaлют. According to the Ministry of Finance of Thailand, the projects contain tax issues, or rather set the collection of taxes to 15 percent on profits from crypto assets.
In addition, the Government of Thailand will put forward demands, mandatory registration in the relevant bodies, all persons carrying out business in the digital world.
In fact, that will give a lot of impacts the icos because they can try to encourage the more investors from bangkok. But the government should to the more regulation to give the more security layer to protect the investors itself. But for me personally, that gives a lot of impacts if there will be more people interested to invest in the ico.

that gives more and more value to the ico project in the future and mass adoption.

Although this news will not personally benefit me in any ways, this will definitely ring bells and add to the pile up 'good news' over the week. This is not only going to be a sign in the right direction for altcoins but also a welcoming development for the citizens of Thailand as there is no outright ban on cryptos which most countries are doing.

It won't benefit me in any way since I am not citizen of Thailand. However it is good to see that countries are starting to regulate this space as in most countries it is looked at some gray area where many people believe it is an illegal thing where with regulation you are telling people we accept this and regulate it. Of course this is must approach for countries to try to milk the crypto businesses and regulate them because you can't really stop this whole thing and countries are slowly becoming aware of that.
