Its always better to have a personal script which can spit out random passwords and can also maintain the record of each password. And one of the way to remember those passwords is to assign specific length to passwords for different accounts.

I am using very strong password with the use of capital letters,numbers and symbols also then the password become difficult to hack.

Even mine are hard, surely not many with 15+ chars but... a good average
My password is strong enough 15+ character long with symbols, charaters(capital and small) and number
