Nothing lasts forever
I discovered the youtube channel of MIT opencourseware a long time ago, like more than a year ago and also found the course about blockchain and money by gary gensler.
but until today i didn't even completed 1 episode of that course.
because of procrastination and laziness my mind comes with different ideas to procrastinate like you are feeling sleepy, you will not remember anything by learning at this moment, etc.
so if you guys also had this problem of procrastination and now it's been resolved then please give some tips and technics to stop being lazy.

Also there is a idea in my mind of writing a summary of those episodes and posting it here, to summarize it and stay disciplined, Is this a great idea? does it help anyone to learn something more about money?
this is the playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUl4u3cNGP63UUkfL0onkxF6MYgVa04Fn
tell me if it is good idea to write a summary for each episode or a waste of time?

Start meditation as it will relax your mind and start hitting the gym as it will give you a physical activity and make you feel good.
Watch motivating videos in the morning to get a boost and start your day with good vibes.
Take short breaks and walk around for 5 minutes and come back to work and this will give you peace of mind while working.

As for the summary, I think there's already plenty of information on this forum and repeating it won't be very beneficial.
But you can start telling about what you have learnt to your friends and colleagues. That way even they will get to know something beneficial.

I just watched a few minutes of the first episode and found a coincidence between the first pizza sale on the internet and the first pizza sale in BTC https://youtu.be/EH6vE97qIP4?list=PLUl4u3cNGP63UUkfL0onkxF6MYgVa04Fn&t=482 Kinda like the plan from the beginning. This is if what Gensler is saying is true though.
If you have completed the course, its not so bad to give a review.

I don't know why you would pick him to learn BTC when there is one guy named Andreas Antonopoulos who teaches Bitcoin in a fun way. You can find him on YouTube as well.

I was searching to learn about economy and money so found this playlist on youtube, in this course i can learn some economics and bitcoin too.
economics is not in detail but I watched half episode, gary gensler teaches in engaging way.

I don't know who is Gary Gensler but after Google search I find that he is chairperson of US SEC, so I doubt that he is really going to be on the support side of decentralized payment system but let's see what he actually said if you came up with the summary.
I think he is not against it but teaches about crypto and bitcoin in great way.

He is the one who wants Bitcoin ETFs to get approved but according to his rules. I came across an article about him on coindesk, where they have discussed his influence in the crypto market in 2023. He has been a controversial figure in the crypto space and a lot of US politicians are against him. I do not know whether his tutorial would be of any benefit. I still would like them to be summarized in a way that comes in the form of notes of like 200 words. It won't be that easy to do it and will take time.

The course contains 23 episodes and each episode duration over 1 hour so definitely I don't have such patience to watch it, so it will be helpful if you can summarize the course which can be useful for others.

No idea about the person you are referring here, but you may try keeping yourself occupied with something you are interested into, first figure out what interests you and try focusing on that more often and then try to make it as one of the income stream as well because this would be the best thing to do, earn and do the thing which interests you will make you more productive and it wouldn't be like you are doing it for the sake of doing it but rather it would be like following your passion.

A friend of mine has similar issue but he was a foodie and interested in eating different kind of food and now he has become an Food Vlogger and earns roughly 4x more than me because he put more efforts as it's not a job for him but passion.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
I would not discourage you from making summaries, because for that you need to understand the topic - that decoding process is important to get something in your head - a vital step in learning processes.

However I am skeptical about any media personnel about crypto or investing in general. I would rather verify with my own eyes and ears before putting my money in.

Procrastination is bad and to overcome this you need to find your passion - just doing something for the sake of doing it leads to a unfruitful outcome. Find something you love to do and you will not procrastinate at all.

Just do it, is best tip against procrastination.

It's a good idea. To write a summary, yourself needs to understand topic well, whether other people read or not but, it will certainly help you.

Start doing yoga or go out for a run and you will not feel lazy, you need some physical activity in your daily life. I haven't heard about this individual before your post. If you find it interesting then you can create a thread on his teaching. I prefer reading then watching whenever someone is teaching anything. That how I have been trained in my school days and it helps me to understand anything.
