I dont wanna extra accounts, my interest is the fee i will charge for the loan, this way any user will repay me or atleast wont try to scam me.

If i raise those values its sure some people will force the sell into the loan. I dont wanna it, i wanna help and keep my coins safe, is anything wrong on that?

Besides isnt a fixed value, those is what i may lend maybe to the user, i need to check profile, staked message and the possible reputation if has, then i will deny or no the loan. Im not here to donate my bitcoins to accounts sellers.

I saw several people with problems with several ranks accounts, and they are lending more or the worth of them, this way the scam becomes easy.

My bitcoins are precious for me i wont lend to anyone who just wanna dump their account.

Im offering a loan to member and full member something the most dont wanna because its where the must dumps happens these days.

i don't see any problem on that, IMHO it is good that he only value accounts way less than the average price so no one will ask a loan just to sell his account in a super cheap price

Very low pricing. It is good to keep your thread away from account sellers in the form of loan. However, neglecting member and full member pricing, Hero member pricing is way low. There are lot of hero members who have proven trust. You can lend them on case by case basis. I would prefer if you change your pricing for hero from 0.09 btc to "case by case basis". And the same way, you have very low balance, you can't lend a Sr. Member or a Hero Member.
