Does anyone have a blockchain council membership?
I found the group yesterday accidentally and I am thinking to join it and taking the exam. (since it doesn't cost too much) I was wondering if any user here did it before. I am looking for feedback to know it worth or not
you can ask directly to the person but if I may know, what is the purpose you want to become a board membership blockchain

Honestly, i never encountered about blockchain council membership, for me it is not necessary to take inorder to learn new things and improve your knowledge coz you can do it with your own, anyway it depends because were unique individual, having different decisions to take.

Well, it doesn't hurt to improve your knowledge, there are always some things new to learn, otherwise, the life would be boring.
The reasons are because it could help with my job, ...

If you're looking to get certified for the purpose of getting promoted in your current employment - then simply ask your employer will such certificate help you in any way.

If you want a certificate to find a different job - then, I believe, there were few better known and established universities offering similar courses online.

If your goal is to self-improve, then you can learn for free and most of all - get involved/contribute to existing open source projects. Such would be worth much more than most of certificates.

As for Blockchain Council - I've never heard of it before and am not familiar with any of the Key Members listed on their site. Frankly it looks just like a money grab project (affiliate programme, 30% discount, listing ICO on top of their offered courses, strange quality of key members photos), meaning they charge you for knowledge that is already available for free, just to later reward you with their certificate (anyone can produce their own certificate to whoever they like for anything). Pointless imo.

The reasons are because it could help with my job, (here experience and knowledge are not enough, you need to show proofs) and secondly for fun. I am not going to make one with photoshop because there is no use, photoshop is not going to teach you about the clockchain technology and secondly you can go to prison for this

While using cryptocurrency keep in mind that you are linked with different people of world in a blockchain. Whole chain is link in such a way that every new entry is linked in series with older. Every old user get some benefits from evey newcomer. But there is no council regarding this.

no idea what you are talking about...

Why do you need to take their course and get their certificate? Are you trying to test your knowledge? Want to learn something new? Or maybe you want to be acknowledged by some random group of people? If you want, you can always make a similar "expert certificate" in photoshop, print it, frame it and hang it on the wall for everyone to see. It reminds me of those useless badges the blockchain foundation was giving people who paid them a hefty fee.

That's true there is totally no reason for you to take that course, it is easy to obtain and I doubt it will give you a good impact regarding cryptocurrencies, I respect the idea but if you only wanted to be higher than other crypto related person don't do it the money should be spend in more reasonable things.
