If they can get as big as Binance in terms of volume, one day they'll be a tough competition, for now, they get to stay on the "alternate lists of exchanges".
Cobinhood is more likely to collapse one day than to even account for 10% of Binance's volumes. It's ridiculous that you even compare Binance with an utter crap exchange that hasn't done much to gain people's trust.

These exchanges usually heavily inflate their volumes to artificially keep them above a certain $$$ range. If they don't do that, it might very well be that their daily volumes sink deep below $1 million, and that will cost them users.

I won't call it a scam exchange since they don't (yet?) seem to have a tarnished reputation like Yobit, but I wouldn't ever recommend others to use that exchange either.

Hi,

I want to lend some BTCs vie Cobinhood. Does anyone have experience with this exchange in general and does anyone have experience lending there in specific?

Thanks.

As a matter of fact I do, a very polished dashboard and everything about it would remind you of Binance. I was on their Discord for a while before finally deciding to leave.

Basing on their current rankings and reputation i cant say that Cobinhood would able to compete with Binance but i agree in terms of dashboard it would give you the feels of using Binance.
When it comes to volume it is really just low checking out some 2 pairs being mainly traded off ETH/BTC and EOS/ETH and the rest is low volume.
On op, its better to find another exchange than risking your BTC on here.

Is CobinHood affiliated with the RobinHood trading platform?

It's not. I saw a thread some months ago also about Cobinhood, and I initially thought it was a typo and they meant Robinhood, but it's an actual exchange with that odd name.

It's just another shitcoin exchange operating illegally, where they also hide themselves behind a whois protection wall, which is a clear sign that this exchange doesn't want anyone to know who they are. On top of that, their volumes are so low that it isn't even worth using them, especially not for lending purposes.

OP is better off trying to start up a lending thread on this forum in the appropriate manner if he's really serious about it, which is much safer than trusting a shitcoin exchange with any amount of coins.

If no,I think that having such a name is quite misleading, which makes me think that this CobinHood project is suspicious.Lending bitcoins is extremely risky(with or without a trusted middleman or platform).
I advise you to keep your bitcoins.

Cobinhood exchange is a new name in my recent experience if you have doubt in things just follow your gut however 0% exchange fee seems reasonable to trust the exchange for the time being.

EDITED: I suppose you are not in the right section of the forum to ask such question about this exchange try in Exchange
