Well, I have had a similar experience on bybit exchange. I know that centralized exchange doesn't have any connection with the casino that you are talking about, but the common relationship here is that what you were trying to do was a transaction via the blockchain network, and it was still a withdrawal I was about to do then. Normally, I love making my USDT withdrawals using the AVAX chain, and I have been using this particular address for a long time now, but that day, when I tried to withdraw with the same address, it didn't work, and I kept on trying. After multiple tries, it finally worked. I just felt it was an internal problem on the exchange, which possibly could have also been an internal problem at the casino at that moment.

If the address was copied correctly from the wallet then it might be that the casino network was not strong enough at that time but that is not also possible. But I still think that you didn't copied the address correctly and probably some of the letters were cut off. And that is why it was written failed and probably you have copied the address in a save place to use and frequently copying it from there.

So as you copied the new one which everything complete, then it went through and transaction was confirmed. Just crossed checked your address again and try it later as Charles -Tim said.

Tron accounts need to pay a 1 TRX fee when they are first created, otherwise they don’t technically exist.
I think the OP already know this and the first wallet that he used, must be his main wallet that he is using for a long time now because he keeps on insisting it but it's just that the funds won't came in, so he just used another wallet and the finally the funds have now deposited into it. There must also be an instruction written on the wallet that we use, same when I use a wallet for a different coin before. They've also asked some fees but it was only more expensive than in TRX. I have no choice that time because I also needed the funds badly.

They also need to maintain a balance of at least 0.1 TRX to be considered active. If you were trying to send to an address that had never received anything or had an empty balance, it is possible that the casino didn’t recognize it as a valid address.
This is not the casino's fault but it's about the wallet, so we should not put the blame on them, if we do.

Maybe the problem is not as complicated as we think, it could also be that their address/hot wallet was empty when OP made the withdrawal.
Or it could be that the dev or admin of that platform is doing something with their transaction system at that time.
As far as I know, only withdrawals with ERC20 contract address are usually rejected/cancelled by several platforms due to the fee issues.

I had issues with USDT withdrawals only. But it was because I was choosing the wrong network to cashout my funds, so the transaction just wasnt launched by the casino, as it presented an error message. I was not used to deal with USDT, so I didn't pay attention to this detail, but thankfully the error message displayed, because it worked as a security measure, so the funds wouldn't be lost in a misleading transaction.

Always check at the receiver side where you are moving your funds to which network they demand from you to be used before launching your transaction. I don't know if that is the issue you are facing, but for the future this tip may be useful.

The casino responsible for your funds must have experienced some temporary problem, you just changed the address that belonged to the same network/token, right?
Yes but from different exchange platform.

You can try to use the address next time that you want to withdraw and see if the problem persists but I do not think it would. What that caused it would be from the casino and not the address as long as the address is valid.
Yes, that's what I plan on doing. The address is valid because I had used them before for personal transactions. And it has been more than twice.

Just to be sure - the address that didn’t work, have you ever used it before for any withdrawal or deposit?
Yes I have. More than twice.
May we know what was the exchange for the address on your first attempt? or at the very least, could you tell us if it was a lesser known exchange?

First and second attempt - Bybit
Third attempt - Kucoin.
Both are top and well known crypto exchanges

I was thinking, perhaps, the gambling platform has some friction with some exchanges or exchange addresses hence why it failed? Just my theory as I can't tell for sure lol. 😅
Who knows, your theory could just be right. These days, anything is possible.

Maybe about time to start withdrawing to your personal non-custodial address first as there's less likely to be some friction.
That's what I did.

Does anyone here know why this happened?

I posted this issue I encountered during withdrawal process in one of the casinos. Permit me to copy and paste .

Here's the recent issue I had regarding withdrawing my winnings. I entered the withdrawal address for that matches the TRON network. After showing withdrawal processing, the transaction will fail and the funds will be returned to my account. I tried it twice. On the third trial before I decided I was going to reach out to support, I used a different wallet address but that still matches the TRON network from another exchange and my winnings was deposited in my account less than 30 minutes. I still didn't know why this happened.

Logical explanation is the particular casino blacklisted that address the reason can be anything which can be disclosed to you if you contact the casino, have you tried to withdraw to that failed address previously? Or this is the first time that you entered and failed to proceed?

There is no issue with the casino processing withdrawal here, it's just the address.

Never, my experience.
1. Check your internet/wifi connection, this factor could also be a problem, especially since the casino site is in a restricted area.
2. If you have done what you have done, it has not been verified as successful, meaning you can still try again.
3. Make sure your TRON address is registered with the casino, some casinos require it, for example when depositing and so on.
4. Check your Tron address back to the exchange, whether it matches.

If you have done that and it doesn't work, of course you need to contact support/casino operator, regarding withdrawals, tell them about the problem.

Usually, with some of the efforts I mentioned, it works.

I never gets that experienced before but I think your first Tron wallet address have an error so you can't withdraw your wins money. After you use the second Tron wallet address, you can finish the withdrawal process and you got your wins money in les than 30 minutes.

That's what I see from your problem because we don't knows what exactly happens in your case. Maybe if your wallet address comes from the exchange, the exchange will not allow the money that comes from the casino so they will reject it automatically the transaction. Maybe there are a problem happens when you wants to withdraws your wins money.

We're not the casino's support, so how can we help you? Huh

There's should be a warning/error message that contain the reason why you can't withdraw your coins, but if there's no warning/error message, then there's an internal problem. The only way to solve it is asking the customer support because the problem isn't on your side.

Most probably the doesn’t approved your withdrawal for some reason. You should reach out to the support so that you can verify the real reason.

A case like this usually involves KYC verification since I encounter this before on livecasino.io when my account is still not verified. Later on I just found out that I need to verify my account before I can withdraw my funds.

When using other networks,I mean networks like USDt and alike be prepared to always encounter the possibility of facing issues as sometimes if the withdrawal doesn't go through the networks above mentioned do not index the next transactions if the first one has not gone through, this happens when someone uses a low fee which might have been the case with your casino.I always had problems with USDt and Atomic wallet of this nature,I always now use only Bitcoin,Litecoin or Ethereum Classic and no other coin to play, deposit or withdraw.

Lightning network is good with small amount of BTC
Some months ago i had an issue like this with tron too... The problem was my Atomic wallet, the wallet didn't use enough fees for the tron network and that's why the transaction never got through the network and i got the coins back, in the end the solution came with an upgrade from the Atomic wallet.

Maybe the casino has a problem like this with their Tron wallet.
I do not think that the casino had this type of issue that you had with Atomic wallet. OP said he tried another Tron address and the transaction was successful. If the OP used another address not long after he used the first address, I do not think the casino would have sent Tron to their address. I even believe they will always have Tron there as for fee.

I am surprised that someone on this forum posted that he is still using Atomic wallet while the wallet was hacked by Lazarus group of hackers of the North Korea in which over $100 million was stolen. The wallet is not even an open source wallet.

It is possible something was wrong with the first address, maybe a missing digit or something because apart from that, I do not see why address that matches with the right network will be rejected. It is unlikely that it could be a case of that wallet address being blacklisted from the casino, so it could  be that it is a technical glitch from the casino, such is possible and in this case there is no need to worry so long as you were able to withdraw to another wallet. It is possible that if you try the first wallet again, it will go through.

From what I saw, you didn't have any problems with your transaction, dude. It seems that you just wondered why the winning amount that you won in gambling did not go to one of
your TRC addresses immediately, and you solved it when you tried to change the address to it's still the same network as tron.

In that matter, I have no idea either. Thanks for that, because nothing bad happened in the transaction you did, dude, because your transaction arrived well, right?

Just like many people have said, I will contribute by saying that one of the reasons that might have caused why your withdrawal with the first wallet address was rejected is likely to be as a result of maybe the exchange or your mobile device network at the time you executed the transaction was slightly down, which picked up few seconds later while trying to sort out using the second wallet address.

There must be a reason for it. Have you checked their Terms Of Services about withdrawing? Maybe your withdraw address is not suit for their withdrawal address.
Since their support is unresponsive - you must be happy that your withdrawal went through.
Another thing to consider maybe during the time you request for withdrawal is they are having some issues or maybe some maintenance that's why?

I have never experienced such before that is very wired to hear. The only thing I have noticed is that Tron address and USDT address under Tron network will get generate thesame address. I thought it was a mistake but when I tried it in another exchange it also gave me thesame results even in trust wallet too. Using etherium address and using USDT address under BNB smart chain will give you thesame address. I was also surprised though it may be that it's a common thing which am not familiar with but I must confess I wall really confuse the day I saw it.

Like Charles-Tim said, try using the address in your next withdrawal to see if it will work and if it doesn't maybe you can ask customer support to explain to you why that is happening.

It should be the casino network problem and not the wallet address if it was from Tron network, you would not have been able to withdraw after 30 minutes with a different Tron address.

I read it the first time you made it in that other thread and the only thing I could think of was; did he really input the correct address? Or is it possible for a casino to blacklist a wallet address and if Yes what could have been the cause? Or maybe it was a network or technical issue with the casino…

Just to be sure - the address that didn’t work, have you ever used it before for any withdrawal or deposit?

Or is Tron having different address format?

Even if you were able to withdraw, I'd contact support and report what happened, so that the same thing doesn't happen to you again or to other customers.
To contact the customer support is not necessary. He used another address and it was successful.
