Don’t really understand what do you want to achieve by showing us this screenshot. You want to check the popularity of the websites or something like that?

Can you provide any more context? Like I said, it looks like it is related to VCC's... is the link being sold as some sort of method for converting bitcoins to cash or something? If you can't provide any further info, then I doubt anyone is going to be able to provide any more info.

From this image does anyone know what website this is? Sorry it is just a live chat  but hopefully someone here has used the site before and recognizes the live chat. thanks

Well, if you can post a screenshot of the live chat, its quite obvious you know the site. Instead of us guessing for the site, why don't you just provide the url so that someone who has used that site can give you the right feedback?

Thought it was quite obvious the screenshot isn't mine, why would I want to find out the name of a site if I already knew it?  Huh Huh Huh

I don't think it is a live chat but only a conversation between a person to another about explaining their fee structure. It looks like a cloud mining service to me. Can't tell exactly by this picture.

This is hardly to know if you are just giving an image unless if the background is well known maybe it can be easily find that site..
I think it looks like a facebook messenger and never think to other livechat site..

Based on the fees being discussed, particularly the usage of the term "unloading" fee, it would appear to be some sort of "Virtual" Credit/Debit card service...

Cryptopay has very similar charges:
Third-party loading fee: If you load your card using some third-party services instead of Cryptopay, loading fee of 1.99% is applicable.
Card unloading fee: for card unloads we charge 1% plus $/€/£ 0.10.

Which lines up nicely with the "1.99% Paypayl + 1% unloading +$0.10" fee that is discussed... not sure about the conversion and/or mining fee... but it also looks like the "redacted" part at the the top might say "the card"

Not sure that this IS Cryptopay... but I'd say that it is definitely a virtual card service of some description...

What actually you want from this image? After seeing this image, i assessed it should be a conversation between a client and a customer executive but it is severe to remember exactly the name of website.
