I tried register at bitlendingclub, but i can't create a LOAN before i upload some document 
there is this bitbond and btcpop that I saw before. They are also p2p lending sites. Both need identity verification like BLC and BTCjam.
BTCJam.com does loans I believe, there's also a lending subforum somewhere on here that I've never bothered to look at.
They do indeed, but there is a verification process to go through. Only normal, as no one trusts strangers with their money

There is lending subforum that you can post this not this section,but you need collaretal .8btc not a small amout and you are newbie or maybe go to the private lending site.

There are entire websites for loans. No one is going to throw their money at a newbie here
You are not asking for a small loan and would be a long term loan, but what has been posted above you can try your luck with those sites that offer loans.
