You can ask Stunna who are original designers. It seems they stole PD3 design, check trust of profile 87716.

If you compare https://web.archive.org/web/20140625174853/https://www.luckynumber.me/ to http://dice.coindemo.tk ... most likely https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coindice-start-your-own-dice-site-today-507515 with modifications so it didn't look like every other dice site.
