Do you know anyone who manage or earn bitcoins streaming online? I only Know to Egle Dicegirl professional slot streamer
she manages bitcoin during their streamings, but I want to know more references.
If you know any, please mention it.
You can't do it anymore on big platforms such as Twitch, and it's the same on YouTube AFAIK. You can do it on smaller ones like Kick but you shouldn't expect big revenues nowadays. The wave has ended.
I cannot really say the wave has ended. Anyone who has a following can still get a decent deal from casinos and keep it for a long time if your following is supporting you and making deposits to the platform under your code.

The only issue is that Kick has lesser subscribers compared to Twitch that’s why it’s very hard to maintain the target impressions of casino to influencers in able to maintain the pay rate.

Only those streamers that has an established follower can enjoy the good deal from casino while new aspiring streamers will have a rough time to build their followers due to the scarcity of users active on Kick. Twitch is still the best platform which most of the gamers use with streams. Gambling streams just share the piece of the pie from gaming streams before that’s why it creates a wave that suddenly killed now due to restrictions.

Kick does need more ways for viewers to buy subs as a lot of users bank cards don't work it seems, but there are still quite a few viewers. I watch some of the streamers from time to time and see on the left hand side some streamers who are active and sometimes you see 1000-10000 viewers on some streams. I am unsure who is viewbotting and who is legit, but if you check the channel and see the chat moving at a fast pace, you can assume that most of their viewers are legit.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
Not only that, but you need to be creative and constantly evolving, otherwise your followers will be attracted to new content and you will have lost everything. You must also deal with fame in a positive way and build a network of relationships. Otherwise, once you lose your followers, you will have to look for a job again.
Indeed, it is a full time job and very draining job. For those who are able to keep a cool mental state with being able to build networks with people and collaborate it is good. But it is not for everyone, since this type of money earning methods are often tempting for those who do not have a professional degree or education.

It takes time and casinos will also build partnerships if they see you as successful. It is not that easy as just streaming and getting paid unlike what the OP seems to think.

As far as I know, most streamers have very niche followers and they are very tactful in introducing affiliate marketing to the streams or social media. They get paid from those products and that is how they make money. It's not an easy job, it's full time and often mentally draining.

you stream how most people stream( Twitch, )

Gambling contents is banned on twitch so this platform is out in the choices.

I did quick google search and found out it's not fully true.

Although in practice, it would exclude most gambling website.

I guess you need to watch how people do their stream in Youtube or in Kick since you can see a lot of gambling niche streaming. If you also mean how to earn well it depends on how entertaining you are since you could able to receive gifts from your viewers also get a partnership deals to any casino or brands just like what other professional gambling streamers get.

Maybe to help you up widen your audiences then I guess target those platforms which have a lot of gamblers then share your contents there and provably they might get an interest to watch your stream if they see something unique or you are fun to watch with.

Just by streaming online and getting bitcoin for that, I am not aware of.

They are also many YouTubera who post gambling videos and earn from the ad revenue in place of streaming.

Pretty simple — you stream how most people stream(through YouTube, Twitch, etc), and once your viewers/followers are big enough, you can just accept promotion deals from companies that pay out in bitcoin — e.g. hardware wallets, exchanges, crypto debit card providers, etc. like how most crypto YouTubers do it.

If you want to earn bitcoin directly from the streaming platform though, that's where it gets difficult.
