You're confusing the claims made by early Bitcoin advocates to promote Bitcoin with a "plan".
If you read the white paper, you will see that there was no plan for "low payment system"; even if that was in the mind of Satoshi, he didn't include that philosophy in his white paper.

Does it really support 99% in illegal activities? I don't think so, maybe because of gaining media and mainstream attention I think the good ones is the supported one like trading, fees, and payments. Because of gaining so much attention it even be used as a payment in educational institutions and even though there are only few accept it I think it will make a huge impact in other countries and many educational institutions. I heard also that it is being taught in some schools in Europe and if that be seen worldwide how would it be 99% be used in illegal activities?

I don't understand why so much noise. It's a natural upgrade. Why we all no regrets the updated program on our computers, and there was so much noise. I believe that any fork will not and we will see a new updated bitcoin which will be much better.

Negative trends are inevitable in any form of currency. Initially Bitcoin was all centered in Dark web. But quite contrary to what you are saying. Bitcoin started gaining mainstream attention and now it is more than a currency used for illegal activities. I don't believe your claim of 99% illegal use (care to show some data). And like any new invention be it smartphone, internet or PayPal, all have potential to be used in illegal activities. Bitcoin is no exception.

Nobody has planned anything about Bitcoin future. It is quite uncertain specially in case of something based on technology. There is always a need of upgradation. Take example of Quantum Computing which is being perceived as a threat to Bitcoin. We will see some changes again.

Bitcoin is not a currency without any flaw. But all those flaws could be eliminated with time as nobody can predict what all challenges a technology of today would face in future.
