My January order was for a May Delivery. Failure to deliver is a breach of contract in my mind. Roll on June 1st and I will file away. It would be good to get an indication of numbers.
I asked for a refund in April and they refused then so strange that they are offering refunds to some and not others.

what does this have to do with our refunding? the will announce bankrupt and will go on holidays with our money..

Got a couple of cointerra's too, No issues with there equipment and i believe there ran by the Ex Samsung head of FPGA/ASIC design so you never know, Could be an insider company, If you follow my jist. Samsung have all sorts on there phones and general electronics for tracking without your knowledge, I wouldn't be surprised if this as something to do with them.

Seems like BFL, Hashfast, Cointerra and KnC are all on the long term scam. Shame as i had hopes ffor KnC & Cointerra and there hardware is good (unlike BFL's)

here too... i think they will dissapear with our money....
i am from europe... but i am willing to pay as much is needed just to treat them like they did....
i really dont care about the cost.

HAVE YOU BEEN SCAMMED BY COINTERRA ? FILE YOUR COMPLAINT WITH https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer/complain.shtml "AFTER ENOUGH PEOPLE HAVE ALERTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL THE STATE WILL FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ON OUR BEHALF"

"Merchants who violate the Rule can be sued by the FTC for injunctive relief, monetary civil penalties of up to $16,000 per violation (any time during the five years preceding the filing of the complaint)"
