Colu has moved from using ColoredCoins to Ethereum ERC20 based tokens called CLN. Their co-founder has also released a statement regarding that and they are considering this as a step towards development. The link you provided doesn't work at all. As far as I know, they have shifted from colorcoin to CLN. for more info you may research it from reliable review sites available.
