You may want to contact them about it because it make no sense as they didn't even link a forked Electrum. Either way, you should be able to export your private keys from Electrum and import them to any SBTC compatible wallet (just make sure you move your BTC first just in case).

Electrum has never supported any altcoin and most probably will never support any of them in the future either.

all these Electrum-something wallets you see are created by other people forking Electrum source code and modifying the code.
and to see if an altcoin has a fork of Electrum you need to check out their websites, wallet section. in this case their website has the Electrum icon at the bottom but the link leads to Electrum.org (the original thing which is for bitcoin!) so no they don't have it. it is just a "space filler"!

Is there a Electrum version which supports SBTC?
