Better yet OP should try to access his token and see if there's a withdraw button so he can be at peace. This wouldn't resolve if he's just here and asking. Better to see it for his self.

True.

If that token is already dead, maybe hitbtc had didn't mind to announce it since either way it's dead so there's no point on trading. I know hitbtc still make announcement like when eos will had its own blockchain and hitbtc tell the people to withdraw their eos.

It doesn't matter, they should put themselves on their users shoes and announce every delistment before it is made. I know its all business but taking care of your customers and accomodating their needs is a part of it too, that is if you wanna keep them coming. Its so unfair and ill-mannered to only announce it when the coin has a huge userbase  Roll Eyes

If a coin has been removed, I don't think there is anything more we can do because the coin has died from all kinds of features on the exchange. Is it possible to withdraw the coins that have been removed? I don't think it's possible.

I haven't checked all exchanges out there, but the ones I know give their users a time frame to withdraw the soon-to-be or already delisted coin. And apparently hitbtc does it too although I can't see until when, but looking at the coin's status on their site, it seems withdrawal is still open.

KBR is removed from market. To me it's sudden.

All other exchange usually tell in front if a coin is about delisted.

Why not hitbtc?
They must have given a warning, maybe you didn’t see it. Several exchanges I have used never remove any coin without informing their participants in the market. They will usually send out emails and give you time to make plans on what to do.

Few days before they remove you will also get another warning if you haven’t done anything, they don’t just remove coins without giving notice to people. So you missed the notice or you didn’t see it.

I am not a not at all a fan of HitBTC anyway, but I believe they should have a channel with which they tend to inform on the coins they are possibly delisting and they won't just delist like that without doing so. I will not be surprised if there is none, it is HitBTC and they actually do not even have a proper framework of doing things, except that they are just there to keep cheating their users and they are so unprofessional with a lot of things. I will advise though that you go through their blogs if they have one, and then see if you can get any delisting news to subscribe to.

its unprofessional way to remove any coins in their platform without any further notice, well they don't have any in the first place.
Up till date, with all the things being said about HitBTC, I still wonder why a lot of people still get to make use of HitBTC, after series of complaints on how they have been doing things unprofessionally and even in an alarming ways. I thought they even have social media to at least pass across these messages unless the OP did not check. However, while using Google search engine, I noticed there is no single information on that at all directly from HitBTC, and that basically adds more reason as to why people should stay away from this bullshit exchange.

Yep, that's the main question here, when some exchange delisted a coin to be traded in their platform then there's a high chance that the withdraw button of the particular coin will disappear as well which I hope will not coz it will be a huge loss to all users who have the same coin as OP.

I don't use hitbtc but if there will be a coin that will delisted on their exchange, they are notifying their users through email. But if they never made an announcement for that delisting then it only means that coin doesn't mean a lot to them.

As they said, the only thing that you need to do is to withdraw your KBR there ASAP and transfer it to another exchange and dump it before it will be delisted again in some other exchange. There's a domino effect if a coin gets delisted to one exchange, they consider it not worthy anymore of remaining that coin on their listing.

I remember there was a user complaining about the same problem back then. And now, looking at hitbtc's tweets from nov until july this year, I didn't find a single announcement about delisting, additionally, I find it hard to believe that they didn't removed any coin within that time frame,  so the last conclusion I could think of is, they are really not announcing it. So much for saying follow their SNS to be updated when they delist a coin: What happens if a coin is disintegrated  Roll Eyes

What you could do now is to just withdraw your kbr's as soon as possible cause we have no idea how long withdrawals are gonna stay on. Status here https://hitbtc.com/system-health

btw, the devs of this coin seems dead

Yep, most exchange always makes an announcement when they want to delist some coin/token on their platform and it takes days to give time to their users to move their coins in any wallet or exchange. I didn't see any announcement made in their blog or even social media accounts so, it's their way of making business.

And its unprofessional way to remove any coins in their platform without any further notice, well they don't have any in the first place.
