No, at least many people don't have they option.But you can download BIP39 phrase and convert it to private key.

it's online because you need an internet access to visit blocktrail and all of the data is stored on their servers,if you wanna see some example of offline wallet : paper wallet,any desktop wallet,any hardware wallet such as trezor
I have made registered on bloctrail and i can make download priv key. But i am still doubt it is offline wallet or online wallet, (in my opinion it is online wallet). thank you very much for your opinions.
its just another online wallet like blockchain.info . btw, do you know the difference between an online and offline wallet ? any service that generates the private keys online for you is called as an online wallet. using online wallets is not really recommended because it leads to certain risks like hacks and steals.
It is online wallet although you can be download the private keys, because you did not generated the wallet by your computer. And on Blockchain you can be download the private keys too and Blockchain is online wallet.
