I'm trying out the XMR-STAK miner for sumo .... Its a bit funny it only allows you to choose between monero and aeon for currency however it still connects to the sumo pools, finds blocks, and accepts results.
Yes, this choice is basically either regular cryptonight (what they call monero) or cryptonight-lite (what they call aeon).

Maybe ETN or Sumo - TBH I don't think you even can with intergrated graphics it will just be CPU mining
