For me, dual mining ETH + DCR on a single mining rig use around 1GB of data per month.
I'm in France and there's no quota here Smiley

i dont have a qouta that im aware of being is home internet? or does win 10 have some sort of built in qouta?

no, silly, some home internet packages come with a qouta (say you are allowed to use 200GB monthly - upload+download)
It is quite common in Australia at least and i bet other countries as well.

It's best to check with your internet service provider.

They don't, they probably don't use more than 500MBs of data per month, but if you're using windows 10, make sure its not making any updates, that can take out your quota in an hour
