that's a scam. Money can't be given for free and they were only attracting people by using the word of giving bitcoin as reward for posting. They will never pay you and it's also scam. they are only looking for the free traffic. Don't be fooled with this kind of fake promotion.
There are so many scam sites were doing the same thing as well to attract people and then they will be abandon their users once their target already achieved.
