Upon checking it seems like poloniex cutted ties with the turtles and is now in friendly terms with the Three toed sloths so expect even getting a reply within a month is considered as "fast".
There's a lot of guys with a similar problem such as yours but they didn't have a choice except to wait
If you didn't get the joke, sloth's are one of the slowest animals in this world lol.

anyone having problems with Poloniex support? I submitted a ticket over 3 weeks ago but didn't receive any single message. Seems like should avoid this exchange in future...
