What you can do is use a bitcoin provider like cryptopay.me that offers virtual Bitcoin debit cards, and link that debit card as a funding source for your skrill account.

Cryptopay.me virtual cards are instant to set up, cost about 2.50EUR and load instantly, and the setup with skrill is fairly easy as well.

AFAIK Skrill and Paypal are very similar. They are both reversible so you must be careful with who you trade with. I don't think either of them are particularly fond of Bitcoin, so avoid doing anything that would link that transaction to Bitcoin e.g. send it as a gift to a friend with no message about Bitcoin.

Its not easy like Paypal but still possible if you are going with any newbie and if you are going to do with any trusty member then hope you can do all this easily and without any problem
