Does Talking on Bitcointalk costs money?

No, but time = money. It will be quicker and easier for some sellers to just communicate via skype or whatnot especially if they're selling on multiple forums and sites which many will be (there's also the time/PM limitations here which are worse for new users). There's also a lot of time-wasters and sig spammers here. I've lost count of how many times I've seen people just ask questions like will you use escrow or ask pointless redundant questions even when they likely have no interest in what they're selling. At least people are less likely to waste your time or are more serious about what you're selling if they've gone to the effort of adding you on skype.

No..!!

Okay, then why every other seller do not talk anything other than

'contact me on skype, my username is dadada'

I was just curious about some offers but sellers do not entertain any inquiry on bitcointalk even in personal message. Why?
