The answers is clear, This coin doesn't have the own blockchain, it's just created under the Ethereum blockchain. Don't trust anything before you check it, and actually don't join in the project which you don't know it.

Tatcoin doesn't have its own blockchain yet although they are planning to do so in the near future. It was launched with ethereum smart contracts and that's what they're still using for their project. I haven't been a holder or a user of their platforms but I do see people speak positively about them on Twitter.
First time to see this title for an individual that's involved in cryptocurrencies. I thought that it would only be crypto analysts and experts but no hey, we have the chief.

LOL i thought you misspelled Tatcoin for a sec, but nope, that is actually what the "CEO" of this crypto calls himself.I went to their twitter acc and then their website and there's actually a picture of the (allegedly) CEO and it says "Bitcoin chief"....what the hell?? that's a big RED FLAG.
