Should be repairable.  Just bridge the gap with solder, or some solid 14-ga Cu wire if needed.

Next time, don't use so much force when removing a soldered component.

Looks like you yanked off some of the copper track or maybe even part of a via from the PCB. The PDU is simple so unless there is a short I think it could be repaired with bits of copper wire. You probably should ask someone else to do it, though.

i am trying to desolder the atx power connector off the pdu as i've damaged it and when i looked at the atx plug i saw this


there's a small ring of copper or something around the pin.
i'm afraid it's the copper inside the mounting holes itself


does it mean it's totally gone case or i can continue?

based on the pinout and position of the pin, i guess it's the +3.3v pin.
