Things I noticed about their site:

1. They don't have FAQ. When you click on FAQ link you are redirected to empty page.

2. I am not sure if they even accept bitcoin or any other crypto. There is no symbol o BTC anywhere to be found. And their "Payment" section is broken.
It basically give you description of how well they will wrap your package and no info about accepted method of payment.

3. Some basics errors, wrong links, use of basic clip arts etc.

4. They listed their address and phone number in India. If you want to check further you can call, check it further.

That site doesn't leave good impression of reputable service. I would avoid it.

This Site owner is from Indonesia: when i checked the About us it gave this address

PT. Bitmain Miner
DBS Bank Tower 29/F Ciputra World One
Jl.Prof.Dr.Satrio Kav 3-5
Jakarta selatan - 12940
DKI Jakarta - Indonesia
Ph. +62 21 24088844
Fax +62 21 24088375

The site is fully professional but i dont know much about it and also the prices are very high. and it is right that FAQ page is empty as i think no one has ever tried to shop with them.
Wow there are two owner with different country, it is very doubtful and dangerous. And i think it is scam service.

In the badlist of badbitcoins you can find tons of "miners shops" witch any name you want... one sites looks better than the other... very "trustful" face... but to buy a hardware in Bitcoins is a very serious and risky thing to do because many times the values are high and it's a parcel to arrive so the sender can even put the responsability for a theft in the customs and pass to you a fake number (that is sold in darknet marketplaces for a very cheap money) and you will only cry a river.

Here's the information of the owner:

Some data is hidden but quite a lot of it is there.
This may help you get more information (or maybe not).
More trusted suppliers are recommended though.

EDIT: It looks odd they are selling outdated miners. Spondoolies stopped manufacturing their miners and bitfury also cancelled the production of the bf450 (I think) so quite strange.

Also, can people not check the site instead of randomely posting with bad information, it's nothing to do with bitmain!
And will be better if just waiting or searching for the people having the experience with bitmainminer. but maybe their just having an old product, but the general think if we are having the most reputable site and why we need for trying the vague site?

I'd just prefer that you use the actual bitmain site in the off-chance that the site in the OP is a scam(may or may not be, considering that I haven't heard of it before). Since I haven't heard of it before, all I can tell you is to do your due digligence and use more reputable sites such as this one:  https://enshop.bitmain.com/product.htm.

I tried a site btcexchangepro for automatic exchanging of bitcoins and it was a scam. The relation between what happened to me and the site you are asking here is that the site that scammed me for very cheap 10 USD had the same questions mark which Hazir is pointing out here. Based on such argument I conclude there is a really high probability that this site is a scam.

If you want to really buy mining equipment use the main one bitmain.com which is trusted.

i would reccommend you to go to the official bitmain's shop for your safety although it's really not wrong to buy from their reseller but it's having a chance to be scammed if the website that selling mining hardware is unrecognised as official partner by bitmain so stay aware

If you're looking for miners, go to the official site instead (https://enshop.bitmain.com/product.htm).

I can't find much about that site you posted, maybe it's legit but it's not reputable.

agree to this. bitmain is a trusted and reputable site to buy for mining rigs so if OP really wants to buy a mining rig he should buy at bitmain. not sure why you are interested to know more about a site that you never heard of if there are legit ones out there
