does it make sense if I use Tor (Browser 9150) without using a onion server?
(The onion server list at electrums homepage is down)

If you are concerned about your privacy and security by using Electrum in Tor (via Tails OS I guess) know that TOR always changes your IP address whenever you are accessing a website or a server of Electrum in this case. So there is no problem and yes it does make sense. No one will know your real IP when you will access Electrums servers.

Tor browser itself uses encrypted servers to access you to different site whether you are using a http or onion link.
Though there might be differences they make.
