True love comes with time when you know completely the whole person , and love at first sight is just a surge of hormones

Yes true love does exist. I think it's more spiritual rather than biological. For example you can love someone that has a disability or maybe lying in comma in hospital. You can love someone who's her/his soul touch your's even though he/she does not physically attractive to other people. You just want someone you love to be happy, in a good way. Not like blindly love someone.

Ya it exist but most of them dont get it as in the last their will be tragedy and you have to forget it. True love is the love which comes when you see someone and feel that you can live with them full life without any commitment.

I'm often confused between love, hormones and lust.

Can two strangers for real fall in true deep love?
I can tell for sure that I love my parents. I love my brother.

But to love a stranger unconditionally in the same way?

I think that's when game of hormones come into play.

But, I wouldn't blame it totally on hormones. When I was in 3rd grade, I had a huge crush on someone.

And since I didn't hit puberty, neither I knew what sex was, that feeling was far from hormonal or sexual.

It was like true love and the butterfly feelings you get when they are around. Without a bit of sexual feelings.

But, that soon faded away after we changed schools. I met recently after like 8-9 years and I have absolutely no feeling for her now Tongue

But now that I think about it, I'm confused because I have never developed unconditional love for someone other than my family. And when I say that between strangers, it's hormonal bond, I doubt myself as I've experienced hormonal free love with a crush years ago.

Thoughts?

I haven't felt true love yet,but I think it exists.
It is basically something that stimulates you based on your previous experiences and preferences. It is not hormones but I would say that it is based on memories.

People get married all the time brother, sure many divorce but a lot stay together, that is true love.
I love my mom but do I want lust with her? F NO.
Go fap one out before you meet the person in real life, do you still want to hangout with them? well that is the start of love/friendship and not lust.
Strangers can become non strangers the more you talk to them and weather you have sexual relations or not, ask your question would I die for this person? if yes it is probably true love.

Beautifully put. Yes, true love exists.

And it usually does happen at first sight or first meeting, if it is really true.
And you do feel it in your heart.
One minute your heart is a dark lantern and the next minute your heart feels full and open and lit up in a blaze of beautiful energy. Like liquid sunshine, this happy energy is pumping from deep within your heart and floods out from your heart put to every part of your body. And it feels whole and peaceful. You can feel like you're floating and grounded at the same time.
It's so real..as though you were sleeping and having a dull dreary dream and you suddenly woke up to color and vibrancy.

It's spiritual, it's huge, it's undeniable.

And also hormones may or or may not be there.

But the true love does not leave. You don't want to leave even if there are problems and obstacles.  You want the best for them always.
If something is wrong you want to learn and change and grow and get better.

As Sam and Dave put it...

"When something is wrong with my baby
Something is wrong with me"

https://youtu.be/xhUFnyUSdfs

"And if I know she's worried
Then I feel that same misery
Baby we have so much together
We stand as one
And that's what makes it better
When something is wrong with my baby
Something is wrong with me

Now listen, just what, uh-huh, she means to me now
Oh you just wouldn't, you just wouldn't understand
People can say she's no good
But oh, she's my woman
And I know I'm her man
And if she's got a problem
Ooo-ooh I know, I know, I got to help her solve it

When something is wrong with my bab-ay (sho' nuff)
Something is wrong with me
Now, say it again
When something is wrong with my baby
Something is wrong with me
Oh hey, yeah"

Love is really exist.
Love is different from lust.
Love you feel in your heart.feelings that you are really care.you feel love  that you dont want you to hurt your love.someday you will feel the love that unexplainable what you feel.
Lust you can only feel under your belly  something you want to push out.
Love is in your heart always than lust only some times you gonna feel it.
