The scammer just stole images from the internet. The two below are from Instagram.
Anyone can understand easily after seeing their team photo that there's something wrong with them. Basically its rare to see this kinda unprofessional team pictures from a valid project. From my own prediction i can say that it will not be so hard find that other team members photo also stolen from somewhere. Nice work mate, Maybe Oleg Bocharov got knowledge about crypto but don't know that he is continuing a complete crypto project as a team member.
