The transaction is probably in one of the blocks that haven't sync'd up yet. If you sent them to the right address you'll be ok. Just let the client/wallet run and sync up and your deposit will appear. Depending on how many blocks behind you are it could potentially take hours. If it's your first time running it that will likely be the case, if not then more than likely it shouldn't take too long. If it hasn't appeared after you're fully sync'd then you might want to check the block explorer. Hope it helps.

I bought 40,000 doge coins and sent them to my wallet but they weren't appearing, then I noticed the (Out of Sync) Next to my wallet. Since I already sent the coins to my address are they lost or do I still have them? And when will my wallet be in sync?
