I agree. I hate to say this and hope that it doesn't happen, but Dogecoin will compete directly with Bitcoin within a year. It will most certainly overtake Litecoin if it maintains its current value. Right now it keeps rising.

The bad thing is that the mining diff just won't stop going up. Right now it's above 700, which is where Litecoin was just a few months ago. If there's some positive breaking news, i could see the diff jumping significantly higher as it did with Litecoin.

  Cheesy Cheesy

I see what you did there.

I don't think Doge will come above 199.

Doge-dice is a great site and I have no doubt that it was critical in getting doge over it's first hump as an altcoin.  Right now if you mine an altcoin there is not a lot you can do with it other than trade it for BTC, which is why so many of them are just pure pump and dump coins.  However, doge-dice provided something else to do with your coins, not gamble them but INVEST them.  Now miners actually had a reason to hold onto their coins.

Now that dogeroad seems to be forming up, it really looks that doge may be a survivor of this latest flood of altcoins.  I'm surprised this "joke" has done so well.

Good Luck!

Did you tell that to someone who might have said that Bitcoin would reach $1000 before the end of 2013 when it was double digits only a few months before the huge run up? Just remember, Dogecoin and Bitcoin accomplish the same technological goal, the major difference between the two is that the average person seems to be liking Dogecoin much, much more.

I know a lot of people hate DOGE but look at

https://doge-dice.com/

a lot of people are playing this game..I'm wondering if there are sites that keep this information, how much has DOGE been used in the outside world... I won't be suprise that DOGE is number 2 behind BTC.
