I have the wallet ID and access to 2FA but I don't have a password. Tried all probable passwords which I used since 2012, but failed to retrieve them.
If that is the case, then what keychain mentioned above won't help you that much. You'll need to bruteforce your password since block.io doesn't support any recovery for that. CMIIW.

The wallet recovery service mentioned by vv above might be able to help you. They have a decent reputation both in and outside of the forum, as long as you don't mind the flat 20% fee when they managed to crack your password. If you don't want that, then either brute force it on your own or try to restore the data from your laptop. Btw, have you managed to recover it? If that fails then brute force is the only way to go.

Hello,
I have the wallet ID and access to 2FA but I don't have a password. Tried all probable passwords which I used since 2012, but failed to retrieve them.

Have a question,
Is there any way to find out the actual wallet address using the wallet ID of dogechain?
I tried to look around it seems the wallet is not open source, so I can't take a peek at the code. Nevertheless, I think It is very unlikely the address could be derived from the Wallet ID. I couldn't think of any reason for it to be implemented like that.

Since the password is lost, have you considered to use wallet recovery help services like https://www.walletrecoveryservices.com/wallets/? They support Dogechain First and second-level password recovery.

I'm from India, it's on the safe list of IPs for digital asset access. I think so.
Does this mean you were able to successfully recover your password but failed to get the 2FA access? If I follow the discussion above, it seems like Block.io can only help you with 2FA, but not the password. I don't see passwords being mentioned either at https://block.io/faq. I assume the forgot password feature is for an account created on block.io itself, not dogechain.

I think your last shot is your old laptop which you believe at some point store your seeds data. If that is unrecoverable then brute-forcing your password would be the next step.

I contacted them a year ago using the contact form.
I'll try to reach them again with the details of whatever I have.
Let's see if I can get access to my wallet.

It also depends on the IP of your login access computer. If you are on a sanction list country (i.e. Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria etc) then they will not let you access the wallet.

It is both possible to brute force the dogechain password AND to reset the 2fa.

We have done this for several clients

Let's assume you are able to Brute force the dogechain password. How will OP be able to reset the 2FA given the fact that they can't even access the account?
Dogechain also claims in the terms and conditions that they won't help with any password or 2FA resetting.

Its possible to request a reset of 2fa by block.io who owns dogechain.info after sending them an email and confirming your identity. Takes about 2 weeks. Its a simple link with mail access. no login needed

I have a friend too who has tens of thousands of Doge in a wallet he created about 3 years ago but couldn't find the login details to recover his wallet.

So. It's adsivable one writes down their details on a paper/jotter so as to avoid such.

Hey Man, I'm gonna report your post for moderator to delete, it adds no meaning to the discussion here.
Stop behaving like a scammer here, op needs the solutions to why can access his dogecoin wallet for long, if you want to help tell him the procedure on this thread let people that had affected too knows how to recover theirs., it's not bad idea to monetize your idea, then go to service section and create a thread about how you could help investors to recover lost money on dogecoin wallet.

If op had refuse to keep his private key or back up keys of that wallet, then the wallet is gone forever, have you tried clicking on forgetting password, if the dogecoin wallet has a room for Mail.

we have the same issue I can't access my wallet also in dogechain due to lost my phone and the worst thing is I didn't backup my 2fa I'm still new in crypto at that time that's why I didn't mind making a backup. I didn't try this yet but I think brute force will do the job if there's no cooldown when you enter too much wrong answers in providing 2fa code

Try to look and check out similar situations as yours.

Honestly, losing up your password is something really puts you up on having no other choice and dont hope that much about recovery.

Nobody can recover Dogechain passwords. You have to remember your ID and Password. Even though when registering Dogechain also uses Email, Dogechain cannot reset the password. I also have a lot of Dogecoin in my wallet which I no longer have my ID and Password back up. There are at least 1k to 2k in different wallets.

Do not send anyone a private message just because you want to get your dogecoin back, I smell scam here if anyone trying to contact you saying they can help you it's a big lie, once you lost your recovery seed it's not coming back, 2FA will be powerless once you import your recovery seed into another wallet, what wallet are you using and do you still have your recovery seed?
