to be honest and serious i was wondering how much someone could blow into the dogecoin bubble until it explodes, like the btc bubble was minupulated, like one day it's to buy for around 1k $ and 8 hours later it was blown up to 19k $ for like 5 days, then went back down to 9k $ by what we see, you earn 10k Doge each block you mine, and if there's a value for doge and 1 Doge will be worth like 10 dollars you can just shit bricks, to be honest. that'S 100k $ for one block, that's just awesome.

Hi there,

I would like to know if there were serious marketplaces or stocks exchanging Dogecoin to USD or USD to Dogecoin since Kraken.com is the only one I currently know.
Though I lost Bitcoins on Kraken.com and have to think that Kraken was only a Scampage, I currently do not know if there are serious Marketplaces.
I currently am writing some small Stuff based on Cryptos and .Onion Pages only, to use the .Onion-Network as an alternative serious Web, for people that don't care about short adresses instead of more important the Security to their users.

Thanks in advance.

kind regards,
StYl3z

Well, doge is almost all exchanges. Coinrmakertcap has all the available pairs and you can look them over here:

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/dogecoin/#markets

As you can see, there are some direct pairs to USD by livecoin, exmo, yobit and others ! Of course you can always simply buy some btc and then buy doge with it Smiley

Binance has Doge/USDC if you still want other exchanges, you can trade Doge on bitt against Btc. Afterwards convert it to USD. Bittrex has trades on USD you can use the exchange.

Just use Binance and this is a for sure exchange. Kraken is also a big competitor in the market so I don't know where did you get that thought of it as a scam site. I think it's due to your losses and that's why you have thought of it like that. There are several markets of Dogecoin in Binance but it's with the stable coins pegged US dollars. The process was mentioned by NeuroticFish.

You can buy Bitcoin for USD in many places - Binance, Bitstamp, Coinbase ... the list of good exchanges is big
You can convert Bitcoin into Doge at Binance, Bittrex and others.

Binance looks good since it's reputation is good and you should do both steps in the same exchange.

Having yourself such a marketplace... I don't know. Dogecoin is not such a wow as it was in... 2014. It's infinite supply doesn't make it a good investment and I think that the community is not as big as in its golden days. I don't know if the demand for such a service will allow you pay its maintenance.

Edit: I am 100% sure that in 2014-2015 there were a number of services where you could buy DOGE directly for USD. I don't know if any did survive. You should also check/ask in DOGE Reddit.

Of course, even though dogecoin isn't that successful anymore. There are still a lot of exchange that is accepting this coin. And this is up for trading still. You can always try binance. But this coin is mostly used in transcation since it does not requires a lot of fee and in gambling.

Hi there,

I would like to know if there were serious marketplaces or stocks exchanging Dogecoin to USD

The serious exchanges I know trade DOGE to BTC, USDT or ETH. I guess that you don't want the trades in 2 steps.

I looked into https://www.worldcoinindex.com/coin/dogecoin/exchanges and I've seen a very few that show DOGE/USD pair, but I don't know them. If you want to research, it can be a start, but make sure the trading pairs are real (not outdated) and ask others about those exchanges before depositing.

Well, yeah serious exchanging can happen in 2 steps, I formerly was exchanging USD to Bitcoin through Virwox.com which was USD to Linden$ and after that Linden$ to BTC. I think I'll look out for some alternatives or am setting up one on my own. I'm concerning about Dogecoin being merged with Litecoin but Doge won't be accepted in any way until now, at least for DeepWeb Marketplaces as Currency. Wondering if it would be a good Idea to launch such Marketplace.

You can try to use some exchange sites which fully audited just like bibox, binance and gate.io.
Maybe these exchange sites are showing a little daily trade volume compared with another exchange site but believe me majority of exchange sites are having big volume trades of doge in CMC are fully manipulated.
It's much better to use a reputable one rather than manipulated exchange site.

Analyst Kevin Rooke posted his findings earlier today on how expensive it is to conduct a 51% attack for one hour. What he found was that such an attack would cost almost $800,000 on Bitcoin and around $100,000 on Ethereum. Dogecoin comes a distant third, closely trailed by Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and ZCash.

It seems that Dogecoin has carved a definite name for itself in the cryptocurrency industry and its meme-status has not made it any less of a fixture in the market. Generally speaking, Dogecoin has led altcoin rallies across the board. This is why the asset is so often used as an indicator for non-Bitcoin cryptocurrency market trends.
