It's accessible.

Marketing 101 would say that accessibility is better than credibility.
Good point. With 10 billion of them out there it makes people feel good to say: "Hey bro, I have 1 million Doge."

Precisely.  What does the average person want to see in their account? .000457 coins or 10,000 coins.

Think of the mainstream uses especially online gaming. What would the user want to see?

This is why I believe that those who keep espousing the notion that Dogecoin's abundance of coins is a negative.  To the contrary, I believe that it's actually a great idea to have 100 billion coins; every person on Earth could have a few coins instead of a decimal point followed by numbers.
There is something to this for sure. Doge started as a joke but I can see now where it has given some innovation to the community. You could call it a lesson in crypto mass psychology. I still don't like the coin, but yes I still have some I mined early.

I think Earthcoin is now seeing some of the same appeal. I think it will see the same success as Doge.

It's impressive how much support the coin gained.  But i don't find it impressive that a meme based coin is more popular on a website based around Memes and similar internet things.

Just an interesting observation. A coin less than a month old is garnering some much attention. There will now be a further increase in Doge-haters.
Yup. +1 I'm here, I hate doge. lol  Not really, I just don't understand it. By the way is it pronounced "Dog-eee" or "Dog" or "ddooooggggeee"..."douche" ?
