Yes. You could make a 'dice' game based on the hash and no one would have a basis to call you a scammer.

as long as the site / person owns up to bets and pays out.

Im interested in learning if a hash of a transaction of dogecoin is predictable in any way or can be manipulated.

thanks if you can help me understand this

the hash of a transaction is created like this in Dogecoin.

in order to predict or manipulate the hash, you would have to manipulate the variables in the equation somehow.
Due to how a blockchain works, this is inherently hard, as , as you can see, it takes previous hashes in account.
Change one variable, the hash changes.
Of course im sure there MAY be ways, but it won be easy. Take a shitcoin with a dead network to test things like this, as obviously you wont be able to change those variables on a network yourself like Dogecoin Smiley

i dont see how could it be possible and even if it were, the user would need to do predict the next hash and place the bet in time.
but every time someones think something is impossible, a hacker show it isnt.

thanks for a respective answer compared to the previous.   I assume that it would have to be a pretty large transaction in order for a hacker to even think about putting the resources to do it.

Therefor i believe i should be safe to take Odd or Even and even 0 - 9 bets based off of the transaction hash.

Thanks again for the ones who responded

I am looking for a way for a user to gamble odd or even based on the result of the transaction hash.

I am trying to figure out if someone could somehow predict or select the transaction hash (allowing them to bet the right outcome)

Thats what i was looking to find out.  Dogecoin I like as fees are set and extremely minimal.

By manipulated, i was more pushing towards if a Miner has some ability to allow or deny a transaction based on factors which could be done to figure out parts of the transaction hash.

what is advantage is manipulate transaction hashes
because is sending fee dogecoin is very low

Why dogecoin? and manipulated how? you mean if someone could guess the hashes and take advantage? I think it works like bitcoin and it is totally random and follows no pattern.
