I have seen and heard a lot in the past as Doge is a waste coin and never should depend upon it. If you want to invest in them, then my suggestion is to go with some other or top 10 coins that would make risk free from loss. I heard something about Doge coin owner that he don't develop or something like that.

Agree with you. People buying these Meme coins only for Elon musk. He is very bullish on Dogecoin. Now, most people buying and selling these coins only for trading purposes. Because there is regular pump and dump also if Elon made any tweet about Dogecoin. The price of Dogecoin pump like a rocket. Sometimes I take entry in this coin if there is a good setup. But not yet bought any dogecoin for the long run. The price is very high for me.
