Well, if you want, you can be free to send me over your useless FRN's so I can set them up in my ban... err... museum for old FRN's.
Rules are made so that those in power don't have to follow them. These arguments very much assume the leaders follow the rules, which the federal reserve wouldn't exist and wouldn't be printing paper as legal tender if they followed the "rules".
