I would suggest starting things off much lower than 1BTC and remove the BIN.

The basics of what the script does is as follow. User come in and wagers X amount for Y % of winning, once he submits his bet a hash code is created and the bet is valid for 24h. Then a second user may come in and wager against the first user.
The site was supposed to also have an independent dice game but it was not completed.
