Topic: Domain Name for Sale or collateral for loan - www.elektronicom.info (Read 193 times)

I can see how it might be interpreted that I was asking for a loan with the site as collateral, and also trying to sell it at the same time.  And while I was hoping for one or the other, I definitely did not make that clear and apologize to the community.

It really all boils down to me getting way over excited.   This friggin place rocks and Im kickin my butt at all the times it ever popped up in a search and I just clicked and never came back or scrolled past.  I was reading how NakaToshi started it and I felt like I was walking on hallowed grounds.....

Anyways, thread is locked and I'll be seeing you fine people around.  Im sure there will be another thing or two to slap my hand and time me out for though I'll try to keep it at a minimum.  I know to search before I ask, and basic etiquette but soketimes my enthusiasm gets the best of my sensibility...

In the mean time, Im still working on getting the btc for my Copper membership (you could say Im Copping out, but puns are so fiat) and trying to not pay twice what it costs in transfer/network/convenience fees.   I can pay with Visa, AmEx Bluebird, Paypal, if anyone wants to help out with about 50-70$ and help me with a lil baby step along mystery journey to Legendary.  We can start a little smaller if need be, and ultimately Im looking for more.  Until my Coinbase is back online you beautiful people are my lifeline.

What he means I think is for you to lock your thread.

It'll be in the bottom left corner of the thread, just go onto this therad(I'm assuming you're already on it) and click lock topic. After that, nobody can comment on it again, even though it can still be accessed publicly through bitcointalk.

Domain names are not really that popular as collateral since they are not liquid and they may be reversible. Also posting something as collateral which you want to sell is a big no here, especially if the collateral is not liquid in case of default.

Hey Vod, I appreciate ya being patient and not lambasting me publicly.  This was a pretty ridiculous post and one I should have listened to that still small voice about.  That being said, Im working from a mobile and cant tell where on the lower left to close it?  I went to move topic thinking there might be a trash bin but the list of places to move it was so phenomenal and overwhelming I just cancelled.  Looking around, I keep coming up on the coolest shiz and getting distracted and honestly, I think my wife may now divorce me and the children emancipate themselves from my custody and guardianship, and leave me to roam lost in the forums...

Honestly though here is where I can really use some advice.  Ive lost my other phone that had my Coinbase 2FA and Im in between getting that resolved - and tthey say they are pretty swamped.  I went to message you  (so I didnt re-bump this) about closing the topic and elaborating and have used my maximum 2 messages per day.  Researching the Copper bond fee I found would let me out parole and have some freedoms but without Coinbase Im left with getting reamed by Paxful or another online exchange.  I dont mind waiting for my account to be re-established if need be, but having just got my taxes in today (why yesterday I was looking about the loans) Im friggin itching, and I need some help or advice on the best place to get some scratch.  I figure surely somebody has a pretty good rate, and Im looking for a sizeable amount. 

I get kind of wordy sometimes so Im gonna go ahead and apologize for having to wade through all that just to be asked how exactly I close this thread and can you recommend who hou might go to if you were new here and trying to exchange some coin?

If youre looking for some form of "valuation" I can tell you your domain dont worth alot. Like vod said, check the marketplace but you wont be able to get a loan for the domain, thats for sure. Selling it, up to whoever think its worth buying a cheap domain.

Ok, I tried searching 'domain for sale' and some other variation and am getting used to how it works but didnt get a clear result.  I guess my reasoning was all the activity regarding financing, which I originally intended the site to be about with a crypto theme.  Maybe I will update it to just a loan, as I would still love to see it through if I can ever get another laptop...

So you are not looking for a loan - you are looking to sell your domain.

Probably a better area would be the marketplace.

Yeah so I didnt really know where to post this, I am new to the forum but not necessarily to bitcoin or crypto.  I was looking about to find a loan option maybe and thought one of the lenders or somebody who is more vested in crypto could definitely appreciate the domain more than I have been able to.  Harping on me wont be necessary and any advice or positive feedback is appreciated.
