To make your domain price higher, you need the to have low alexa rank, high google pr rank, multiple backlinks, visitors, keywords that rank to achieve you need to develop a website and do seo and marketing to it, but this is a long, tedious and expensive process. I used to do it before.

Ahh, that's something I can't do. Though, I have other really good names myself.

What about auction place? Can I expect big?

Okay guys, I am new in this kind of game and I bought a few good names that I already parked on SEDO. One of the interested persons contacted me on email directly to avoid dealing with SEDO commission and fee. So he offered me a good value but the problem is he asked me for getting a domain appraisal certificate first so that if the offered price is already low he could give me a better price again. On the other hand I tried a couple of free appraisals its not getting me more than $60.

For a good name to put for sale or auction is it necessary to do the marketing first such as SEO? Because it seems like if SEO is done on a large scale then obviously appraisal would be of value. Or can I sell these domains at good value despite the fact that on free appraisal I'm getting $60?
