Donald Trump is a person who has great influence in the American community, but he is also able to influence the rate of some cryptocurrencies, thanks to his financial sufficiency. I wouldn’t be surprised if, indeed, by selling my savings in Ethereum, the price changes dramatically, let's see what happens.

The truth has starting coming out where Donald trump saying or tweets against Bitcoin during his session that caused suddenly cryptocurrency market clash with a heavy dip(knowing that was politics), was more favorable to buy more with a short period of time market we recover back for profit.

It is an election year in which candidates are more sensitive to their sources of funding and to things that could harm their political future, and since Bitcoin is not one of the topics that may add points to you, they will not talk about it in the formulation of the election campaign, so we will not hear anything good or bad about it during this year from Trump or from Biden.

is this true donald trump really playing crypto currency. because the website link is not a popular and trusted portal.
if true, it's good news because many top people also use crypto currency. further strengthening the position of crypto currency in the world. and increasingly safe to use for investment. because regulation will grow if many top people invest in crypto currency.
Trump more than any other president in the US history knows how to take advantage of a business opportunity when he sees it, and while his posture towards this market has not been the best, since he is very openly in favor of a strong dollar, at the same time he is not going to let something like his ideology to hinder him to make as much money as possible, and while it is true that 2.4 millions is not much for someone like him, any amount that he can get is good news for him, especially since young voters seems to be very interested in this market and he could even gain some votes this way.

He may have sensed that the ether was about to collapse.  Because he knows or maybe he realizes that the future of this alkali market is at risk today, he either sold it or his personal can sell it for someone because he understands us a little more and has a thousand times more skilled people than us to advise him.  .  He knowingly gave his ether cell and  In the current state of the market, the price of Bitcoin is decreasing day by day and increasing again.  But let's see where the ETF will be approved. I heard that if the price goes down again after the approval, then the problem is that they have sold it now and maybe they can buy it.  No one can understand his planning and he was not the American president.

Well we do not know but we do know he did sell his Ethereum. If he is a business man we must think he has many investments other than real estate. Crypto it just does make sense he would have it.

That is good thing he thinks Central Bank Digital Currency is dangerous. https://www.forbes.com/sites/saradorn/2024/02/02/trump-calls-central-bank-digital-currency-very-dangerous-after-vowing-to-prohibit-feds-digital-dollar/

Whether Trump was directly affiliated to the project or not, for a fact that he accepted royalty from it ties him to it. This is why I don't want to believe any influential businessman who tells us that he has no crypto earnings. For me, that's a big lie. It's the same way I don't believe that Warren Buffett doesn't do too. The old dude is a shrewd businessman. There's no way he won't put money in what in today's world is a money spinner, the digital gold.
I've no doubts, Donald is capable of storing such gigantic pieces of ETH in his cold wallets, he ensure his activities are done in discreet ways. These multi-billionaires have what it takes to reach the major phases in crypto, they gather quite enough substantial profits, they always level up their game because they're the top whales in the market, a single buy can trigger the huge pump of a project and huge sell trigger will definitely affect the coin. Donald Trump have played a major role in the existence of most of these coins.

The team did it on coinbase most probably a swap so they don't have to worry about learning anything.
But however be the past statements of Trump that were made like 5 years ago, he's known to be a populist leader and he'll speak what he thinks would resonate with the larger group of people. In a recent 18th January campaign speech, he claimed . “As your president, I will never allow the creation of a central bank digital currency. This would be a dangerous threat to freedom, and I will stop it from coming to America.”
I'm not sure if he fully understands what he's saying or the statement is written by Ramaswami or other crypto experts in republican team but that's one of the most progressive thought about importance of cryptocurrencies as they are.
We can't depict if he's serious with that statement or he understands anything with those terms as if he's an expert or had a basic knowledge of what he's saying. Typically, with these speeches, they've got writers and they're part of their marketing so maybe on that area where he conveyed that speech, there are a lot of people that are into campaigning against CBDC. But we can just talk about the money here that's sold or it's also related now to his speeches and campaigning since it's the hot thing that's gonna be awaited for in the US for this year until the voting comes.
He is just saying whatever he wants without thinking it through and that is the problem that he has. Some people like him for that reason but the reality is that we are not going to really get anything major from him that will change the outlook of crypto. Before he could do anything about it there will be a lot of people on the way that will prevent it.

Thankfully USA is not a dictatorship and one person (even if that person is the president) can't just up and change the law all that easily, he can do small stuff but even in that case Supreme court could just easily overrule him. I bet that he is going to end up with something that will benefit himself, and looks like crypto is benefiting him as much as he could hope for.

But i read in detail, i know i have no question anymore Cheesy Cheesy

The issue is not that he sold ETH what he has the issue is why the market did not dump because it is a negative news and the negative news often dump the, then the market would have been known as ETH a big coin. Yes, but we did not see any reaction of the market to this news. The impression that was there maintained on the market and then there is also the ethereum token which is second only to BTC, but we didn't see any changes.

If he sold 2.4 million dollars worth of Ethereum, that is his choice, and we have nothing to do with it. And whatever his reason is, we're out of there on the other side. Because all the holders have a valid reason why they sold.

And maybe one of the reasons why he sold it is that he may have seen that his profit was big, so he took it out and changed it to their fiat, and this may be the reason, but I think it's just because this Trump is a business-minded person.

This is a good news in the cryptocurrency ecosystem world because foe a politician to use cryptocurrency means cryptocurrency will be adopted in the world wide when such leaders are finally voted in to the leadership positions. Donald Trump who is a Presidential Candidate for the world power country using cryptocurrency then when he becomes the President of the country then the adoptation of bitcoin is guaranteed in the country and once USA adopt bitcoin to be a legal tender currency in the country then many other countries will follow up to adopt it.

Many countries have not said anything about cryptocurrency in their countries because they are still in the confusion stage to know if really bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies are good to accept so for USA to accept cryptocurrency in their country many will follow.

Well this does not make such that big difference to me. The man is a Billionaire and we must think he has more Eth then just those he got from the NFT sales. I think he does hodl Bitcoin but does not talk about it.

But Donald Trump also did say he does not like the idea of Central Bank Digital Currency. So maybe he is a fan of crypto then and we do not know it. I think he does have some crypto investments just not telling every one about it.
Maybe yes but we can't really tell if he's in but if he does then that's something new for most of us because we just knew him as a plain businessman and was an ex-president that's running again for the post.

Presidential candidate and the most popular leader of the United States, Donald Trump is unsurprisingly not a huge fan of crypto but it's found that he has been profiting from the crypto riches.
The Ethereum came from a NFT on Trump theme. Though trump was not associated with the project, he got royalties from it in the form of Ethereum. The project is licensed from the Trump's company to use Trumps name and features. The royalties were over 1075 which the trump team recently sold for $2.4 million.
The use of crypto by presidential candidate is a sign of easing up with crypto and we could further see candidates accepting donations via crypto.
Lol, "donations" are campaign funds and they can't use that for personal gain, whereas if he sells his name, like this one, then he can do whatever he wants with that money. Considering he was just hit with a 83 million court case (which I am sure he won't pay) we can easily assume that he needs the money for lawyers if nothing else lol. I know that dude is a horrible human being, and he will not even pay the court fine that he has to pay, and he will still go for an election and there will be tens of millions of people who would vote for him.

This basically tells you the state of how elections are won, it is not about being a good person, it is all about populism and getting the votes, you can be the devil, and as long as you find enough people to vote, you will win.

Seeing the news don't me question and curious with anything. If Trump has made that much with his NFTs and those ETH for cash, that's no doubt it's him. Like everyone is saying that he's a businessman and he knows where to spend that money and if he needs that, it's just a small amount of him but still a huge chunk for the proportion of wherever he's going to sell it. And for me, if I have that sales already, I will have no doubt going to sell and take that money.

My personal assumption is that maybe Trump should look a little at the crypto market, especially since it is very important in America and the world crypto community. maybe if trump becomes president he will look a little into the crypto market, for example his company agrees or gives a license to use trump's name and features as nft

Trump can make money everywhere, in every field. I'm not surprised by this. His clients probably informed him and they received the payment mentioned in the copyright case. He is not someone who will never give up on this. In short, the businessman will of course take advantage of the opportunity he sees. I found it normal that he sold it, he doesn't need to keep it anyway, he used the money that came with free royalties in dollars.

He is a smart guy, if he sold it, he must have been thinking of some kind of investment that would make him more profitable than Ethereum,
But now we don't know why he sold it. There must be a great reason behind the fact that he has sold the worth.he is benefiting mostly because Trump who is someone else than he would not sell without thinking but he must be thinking of something for the future which will more given rather than etherium.

True, yeah he made millions of $ from that, and Im pretty sure he also holds some coins, maybe BTC or ETH.
He has sold his 1st series of NFT starting 2022 then he launched the 2nd series in 2023 which sold out within 24 hours after its launch.
I will be not surprised either if he launches the 3rd series in this year/near the election.

you are wrong, the one who sold it was not him but someone else, and he got royalties because that party used him, whether he holds a number of bitcoins or not, I think he holds them because he is a businessman, he definitely knows how to make money.

but why did the government initially reject and ban it, now almost everyone in the world is familiar with crypto, although in my opinion it is still far from mass adoption, but now I think developments in the crypto world are becoming more visible and clear.

I just want to know the purpose of selling these royalties, does Trump need additional funds for example or to attract attention and support from supporters of cryto users or is there another purpose that has not yet emerged? I am waiting for news or for him to provide clarification to the media crew regarding this matter or on his social media. however, the impact on price movements in the market may not be as impactful

That's right, for them this kind of investment is too risky and they don't want to get involve to any of this while they have their own source of income that are secured and they are few of them who doing that kind of business. Unless he has someone who is expert to this crypto investment just like any big companies who adopted crypto currencies and make it easy for them to access this way of investment in their companies and Trump could also use the same strategy if he wants to.

He might be not a huge fan of crypto but he's interested with any possibilities that his investment will grow at since he look up those other influential people try to invest their money on crypto. We have Elon Musk first on the list so maybe he just try to figure out if this is good investment and I think the money he use is the one he can afford to lose then now he tries to liquidate his crypto asset since maybe he's still not satisfied with the result of acquiring it.

But we don't know the exact thing happening and where he really get that volume so there would be a lot of speculation to come with that. But I guess since he sold his asset I then maybe he's done with crypto for now but let see if this guys will comeback and try to participate again on any crypto investment activities.

I guess Donald Trump, now has the interest of crypto enthusiasts in USA, they're heading into election and nothing should be overlooked, votes from crypto enthusiasts in the his country can make all the difference on election day. Nobody can deny that the popularity of cryptocurrency is increasing everywhere including the US, so this can be a political decision to get the votes of people with interest in cryptocurrency, because he's rich and can raise his campaign funds without collecting any crypto royalty. I'm just guessing here.

When he became the president of US the crypto market is already Boomed and if he really shows interest like what you said this market is too good to be ignored then he must be Owning more than what we are seeing now?
but that seems not to be the reality here unless he is hiding more of His assets inside crypto then who may know that?

The fact that he's got royalties from it is brilliant. Well, whoever has made those NFTs even made more money probably than him but that's fine. He doesn't even know what these EEEEETHereum is(with his accent). So, this can also be used for his campaigning for the upcoming election in the US since he's going to run again for that POTUS post.

I doubt that Trump or his employee that handle this transaction care or know about crypto market, let alone about the bull run. Actually it's even surprising for them to know how to sell the ETH  Grin. I think it's understandable that they want to get all the money they can get now since they need it to fund their campaign for the 2024 presidential election.
It is for sure that he never touches anything there and it's just some sort of his staff or anyone that works for him or connected to him informed him to do that advised and waited for his go signal. I wouldn't be surprised if there are few of them that works for him that aware of this and what matters there is the money that he's gonna get out of those sales through his trump team.

I mean, it just would make far more sense with the fact that they're dumping the ETH right? If he was a fan of crypto then there's a higher likeliness of him holding the ETH for potential long-term growth, but alas, he currently is not so he's dumping it.

I doubt it's Donald Trump himself anyway. Probably his financial manager.

His financial manager or his asset manager indeed. Donald Trump is a political dinosaur who believes than anything which is not centralized and belongs to Wall Street is likely a scam. I am sure someone within his circle who is more aware of the value and advantages of Cryptocurrency convinced him to accept the payment in Ethereum for the license to use his name, brand and advertisement to sell those NTFs in the Blockchain.
Regardless whether he makes money off of it or not, there is little chance he actually shares the values of this community and if he continues to get into crypto in the future will be only to continue profit of his fans and political supporters, nothing beyond it.
He does not care for holding private cryptographics keys, does not care for signatures in messages, he does not care for encryption and he does not care for Defi whatsoever.

If anything, I hope he is selling that Ethereum to pay his lawyers, because they deserve to be granted some good money for tainting their professional careers by defending him in very wacky situations.

The former president's behavior is one hundred percent in line with his own statements. I am not surprised that this man who updates pragmatism with Trumpism sold his Ethereum. Actually, I don't blame him because he approaches things logically and he always says what he's going to do in advance and he always does what he says. I think the news content is the kind of behavior that can be expected from Trump.

I think that's one good way to get campaign fund, by selling Trump NFT, tho I thought that since Trump himself is Anti-Crypto so most of his supporter is anti-crypto too or maybe the one whos buying his NFT is not even his supporter. he benefitted from the crypto project i can't see why not. now that is has earned from crypto I think he will become a crypto-friendly president after all he also doesn't want CBDC.

though he got those ETH for free through those NFT royalties, it's still a big mistake to sell it while the bull run hasn't come yet. he has tons of money so there is no reason for him to sell them.
His "hate" for CBDC is most likely something he thinks works his advantage with his fanbase. I doubt very much that trump would understand crypto or CBDC at all.

Also 4 years ago he said that

I have also hard time believing that he has in any way connected to creation of those nfts, but that someone has just told him that if they get him to sign off, they could make millions without any investment. So there's probably a deal where trump gets the money from cards and maker gets the % from the trading fees, or something like that. Also as there are ton of celebrities getting sued left and right for endorsing nfts, one can just speculate how this goes.

This Trump thing will only exhausted the energy you have in you. You need to understand what is happening behind the scenes. Trump might actually knows about this NFTs and Ethereum thing but I hope you know that this activities are not carried by Trump himself, it is govern by some of his campaign group and some people who are using all these to do campaign things, you don't expect a whole person like Trump to be doing all these activities of NFTs and others.

You need to also understand that election is fast approaching, his party needs money for campaigns and election proceedings. All these sell offs has a purpose and it is going to be channel into that election to make sure that man wins because you see that battle between democracy and republican, it's not a fight that will end very soon as Trump don't want to lose this time and Biden will like to continue.

These two men shouldn't be an option but seem Americans love the only two parties the most while the rest are just there to fill spaces and waste resources over nothing. After this election, watch how they will abandoned this NFTs things on people and focus on their government if they later win that election. I heard same thing from Biden campaign back in his last election but change immediately he got to office.

It's all business as he is a business tycoon he knows how to make money without eventually doing much and don't be surprised if you get to know in future that he has been piling up crypto currency all these while without actually revealing about it because he is a businessman not any so called crypto influencer who has to show off his profits or holdings to get more users subscribed to their channel. I am sure there are other politician cum business owners who have been hodling crypto without revealing as their end objective is money.

Trump is interested in anything that will give him profit, and crypto has proven to give him that, and he has seen the benefits of using crypto currency to some extent and will want to promote it as he knows the youth for whom he needs their vote are primarily crypto supporters, so he can do anything to win their vote.

During the time of NFT, he was part of the businessmen who enjoyed the royalties out of it, and he made millions of dollars from the NFT market alone. These are just the ones that were publicised, and they know how much more he has made behind the news.

And the selling fee of his ETH does not affect anything at all, either he still has more stack somewhere or he just wants to sell them off to remove the eyes from the wallet.

He is a businessman. He knows where good money comes from. This market is too good to be ignored
