Well surely if he was a talented hacker / coder he wouldn't need the donations ?
i spent 5 minutes reading those long posts.. i still don't know why he needs the money. i'm thinking if you want to fundraise for him, his message and plight should be conveyed more clearly. all i know so far is that he's broke, that it might (or might not) be because he's been lazy, and that he may be evicted soon.
