Yes Amex = American Express. It is a rebate card I got from buying a phone. I'll give you the number and security code and it should work just fine for any online purchases. I could also mail it if you wanted free in the US. Offer good for a couple more hours until I get around to go and buy coins on my own.

Within a couple hours, I am just going to get coins with coinbase and use this on amazon unless there are any takers.
