These were mass tortures

Franjo Tuđman later brought abolition (forgivness) to Chetniks in order to peacefully reintegrate

This is the city where they chose to put cyrillic boards by force, where all this happened.

The strategy from the Ukrainian government is very clear. They want to get rid of the natives of Donbass, and replace them with immigrants from Lvov and Ternopol. These bombing campaigns are designated to drive out the natives towards Russia.
