I believe that the price fell because of the introduction of bitcoin futures. And the price of the firstcrypto currency, now more is formed from monthly contracts for futures and not from news. Therefore, I partially agree with the author.

Begging or asking for merit at the end of your posts will earn you a spot on the ignore list of many senior members. It is one of the most sure-fire ways to ensure that you do not receive merit.
I don't consider it begging, but I did delete the sentence.

In recent times I am increasingly faced with the discussion of the topic that Russia will soon have to adopt a bill on cryptocurrencies, and that it allegedly as it will affect the growth of prices for cryptocurrency. And here is in this issue I want deal.
First of all, the news about the cryptocurrency, no longer have such an impact on the cryptocurrency itself as it was a year ago. And it does not matter whether it is good or bad news for cryptocurrencies.
For example, earlier, the German Finance Ministry signed a decree recognizing Bitcoin as a legal tender. The document also determines that purchases made for cryptocurrency are not subject to taxes.
This decree was signed on February 27, but I did not see much increase in prices. See for yourself how it was displayed on the Bitcoin itself (PS - in any way).
So, to say now that after Russia adopts a bill that legalizes cryptocurrency, and the price of cryptocurrencies will increase, it's stupid.
In addition, as we know from the latest news, Russia has covered for Telegram, and simultaneously blocked more than 20 million IP addresses.
And here is the news about the bill that legalizes cryptocurrencies.
1. The document notes that the lack of a mechanism to establish the owners of cryptocurrencies and persons responsible for the operation of digital financial asset systems will not allow to counter the criminalization of this sphere and the use of these assets for illegal purposes, as well as to protect the relevant property rights.
2. A special place in the Government's opinion is given to the subject of taxes and fees, as well as accounting. Since these issues are not regulated, it is necessary to make appropriate changes to the legislation.
There is still a lot of interesting news, on the basis of which, I think that by introducing this bill, they do not just legalize the cryptocurrency, but lead taxes on it, and will seek to take this sphere to their hands.
So I think that the bill, which many are happy, does not constitute anything useful. If the Russian authorities do make this bill normal, then it will only give Russian citizens peace of mind.
