I’m sure everyone here is familiar on this feeling about gambling all over again after winning a huge win such as x1000 multiplier or more on slot games because we are optimistic that we can hit again.

Sure, there’s a possibility to achieve multiple big win for a short interval but what’s the odds of doing that? Extremely hard right?

I come to realization that we keep losing because we are chasing something that has low odds to come while we are eager to get it immediately just because we experience it already.

Slow down and have fun. Gamble without thinking about your previous results to avoid being greedy.

True, that feeling is very familiar to me, and I totally get what you are saying. After hitting a big win with a very huge multiplier, it’s so easy to fall into that trap of thinking you can do it again quickly or that you are very lucky today, so why not taking advantage of luck. The excitement makes you want to chase that same feeling, but the truth is that the odds of getting multiple big wins in a short time are super low.

I have also realized that chasing those hard and rare wins is what leads to more losses without feeling you are losing so much, especially if you keep comparing the losses to your imaginary big hit. It’s like we expect to win just because we already did, but it doesn’t work like that. Sometimes you just have to slow down and enjoy the game for what it is, also to stop focusing on our past wins. That way it’s more about having fun than chasing something that probably won’t happen again soon.

I think thats just the natural instinct honestly to throw all the cash you in into the next bet because you feel that you're on some new streak or something but usually every time I have ever done that with my winnings it all goes right back from whence it came lmao. I try to hold onto the money now or keep the lions share of the winnings and then bet no more than 20%

I agree that it’s a natural instinct due to our greediness nature that’s why I created this thread to avoid this common mistake and secure profit. I experienced this a lot multiple times in the past and it’s really frustrating to think that you already have the profit which you can use to purchase something yet your greediness kicks in just to ruin everything.

This advice is to have a break whenever your greediness is already high since most of the time you will increase your bets just to win big when you hit again that big multiplier but you forget that the odds of doing that is pretty low so it’s a suicide.

Better to play again if your mind is already clear from previous win.
Taking a break is one of the best tips, even if the player is not very strong, because a break limits losses under the influence of emotions and excitement. I prefer to use this because we have very few things with which we can limit losses. Stopping will help reduce the influence of excitement and maybe even take part of the winnings if we are lucky. If players could stop more often, they could save part of the winnings and spend them on things they need, or make a gift to relatives.

It is sad to see who will know this, but not do it, because excitement will be higher than reason.

Slow down and have fun. Gamble without thinking about your previous results to avoid being greedy.

A responsible and wise gambler will understand and act on this statement without being told. If luckily I made a 1000x profit from a game, I will have to stop at that moment and use the money for something important, I can not dwell on my past results in gambling, because past losses can make me continue gambling with the thought of recovering my loss which can not be archived intentionally.

"Take it slow and have fun!" I like this.
x1000 wins in a row may happen but it will not happen often for 2x in a certain time also rarely and next  more will experience defeat again, so I think it is better to take a break from the game and enjoy the previous win, after it is safe to go back to gambling without imagining getting another x1000 win

Using huge wins to chase more wins is almost as bad as chasing loses because there's a high probability that you're going to lose your money during the chase. My strategy for responsible gambling doesn't include any of the chases mentioned above. I always have a budget for gambling before I start and it doesn't matter whether I'm winning or losing, when I exhaust the amount I quit for the day. Greed and ignorance is what makes people to over gamble, if someone understands how gambling works, they'll use the amount that they can afford to loose and they wouldn't put too much expectations on winnings
I don't see anything bad here using a huge win to chase more wins. Everyone wants to be making money as a gambler and we all will do the same thing if the chances is there. I can see many people trying to write God contents that that are appealing but on a norms, most of us will want to gamble more after we might have hit the jackpot. Every gamblers want to be making consistent profits and I don't see anything wrong here if we are making more efforts to earn more money. This is more of consciousness and discipline to not lose what you might have earned because it will be very devastating at the end.
There's nothing really bad with choosing to gamble with the money that you've won, afterall it has become your money. But I'm just sharing my personal strategy about gambling, I've chosen not to gamble with more than the amount that I've budgeted in a day. I've disciplined myself not to over gamble, if I win I'll take it, if I lose I'll move on, besides I'm not a serious gambler. I made the decision because I don't want to take any chances to become addicted to gambling.

The main reason why I don't use my wins to continue gambling or chasing loses is because from my findings there's likelihood of losing everything. But for serious gamblers who likes to maximize their risks, it's ok for them to continue gambling with their wins.

I hope this is what most gamblers do so that they don't lead to greediness so that at least others can control themselves, so it seems that it is difficult for a gambler to avoid that,
especially if they encounter winning in they play

But if they have discipline and control over themselves, they will definitely be able to resist themselves and not chase their losses when they gamble in the casino.

It's called a lucky streak. I mean, the kind thoughts that a gambler who just won big has when he/she decides to try again and again to see if their luck can shine a second and even third time.
It's the character of a real gambler who is gradually getting addicted,  because an occasional gambler would cash out the huge win, leave some cash in their account for later and enjoy the win first, before trying again.

Depends on the situation if you ask me..
What situation I'm referring to? First is the situation when I'm doing normal gambling then I will immediately stop, second situation is when I'm playing slot for a contest such as multiplier contest.
For the 2nd situation, I may also stop after I hit 1000x but I may continue hunting for bigger multiplier in order to win the contest but of course I have to be realistic as well by looking at some factors.
Factors such as possible reward (is it worth enough to risk more money to chase bigger multiplier) and my position in the leaderboard after hitting lets say 1000x (is it good enough or it is nothing for the contest).

If it's with slots, I prefer the higher chance of winning than the huge potential gain but the odds of winning is very low. To each their own but there are times that I also do that but with an amount that I can afford to lose.

It is nice that you have come to realize it that we've been losing with the hopes of winning big someday with smaller chance of winning.

Where in we can enjoy and at the same time have some moments of winning whether it's with the slots, dices or any type of gambling games we prefer.

I've never experienced hitting an x1000 multiplier in any slot game, but I do understand the point you're trying to explain—that when you win something like that, you shouldn't chase another big multiplier. It's because the casino will most likely take back your winnings. Although there are cases where I hits a decent multiplier twice in a row but those are rare. More often than not, when I chase another multiplier, I often end up losing those winnings.

This correct. Most of the game is designed to let the casino win from the house edge. Let’s assume 96% RTP slot game, In the long run you will just lose a guaranteed 4% of your bankroll assuming that you will never stop which means if you win huge amount today then there’s a high possibility that you will lose back again those profit if you didn’t stop.

It’s important to learn to stop gambling whenever you are already at profit to secure it then play again next time if you just want to have fun not to chase again another big win as follow up game.

Nice advise, however, as the saying goes, strike when the iron is hot, meaning you really have to take advantage if you are really that lucky and who knows, maybe you can still continue to win big. The point is that you should really be in control of yourself though, if you feel that the winning streak had stop then, maybe slow down or just quit and exit and fight another day.

Or if you are that conservation gambler, maybe you have a certain number in your head, that when you hit it, might be better to stop and not chase. Although as a experience gambler, something you will have to think of that what if, "what if you continue... and maybe you can still win big and even higher odds".

A gambler who wants to start their gambling for the day should at least have a particular amount at hand and have a said amount in mind to be won, and not go above that if they are to be lucky.

Doing the mentioned strategy of having a particular amount at hand and the amount to be won, if possible, will do a lot of good to the gambler rather than them being too optimistic to win more or chasing after losses that are hard to get.

However, I see this as the mistake most gamblers make: not preparing themselves beforehand for their gambling activities for the day, which they prefer to gamble with the amount on their reach, if they find luck to win big in the process, they continue to gamble without putting a stop that their big wins, can turnout to losses if care is not taken.

Don’t chase another huge win immediately

Yep, because if you do, the chances of you getting it again is less than 0.01 lol.
I have feeling that if someone has hit that big multiplier, all of the people who play the same time as the person who hit it will not gonna win anything in the next couple or more hours, or it might take another 24-48hrs after another look lucky person who will hit huge multiplier.
Casinos were not built to let the people take their money, it is the other way around. So, it's like they are pooling all the money they get from the gamblers and then allocate like 10% to the lucky jackpot winner for the day lol. Just think of it that way so you won't think about getting another huge multiplier.

Rather than trying to continue to survive and gamble again in the hope of getting the same win, it would be much better to stop and enjoy the victory that has been obtained than we lose all those victories if we continue to gamble.

Even if the chance is close, it'll be a bigger trap and it's of no need running after another gain. Enjoying the existing one as you suggested, is the best decision. But, who would think they wouldn't add extra wins after few more spins? Is it not similar to why people don't cash out existing wins in a soccer bet, because they await the complete big wins. Players all around the globe share this same attitude, which is now normalized and builds more profits for the casino.

However, reaping the benefit of the win could also be a wrong move, if the person lavish the funds, they'll still run back to gaming and throw up the remaining cash. Hence, a player that chooses not to go after more wins, should have a specialty in money control.

gamblers tend to remember their wins rather than their losses. but some gamblers feel they have lost too much and hope for luck to come to the game this time. that is also what makes gamblers continue to play. ideally, gamblers should close their minds today, whatever the result when gambling is over whether they lose or win. then the day is over. and when we come back next week or the next day to gamble again, then it is a new page with new opportunities. no need to think back to playing to catch up on yesterday's losses, or to repeat yesterday's wins. today is a bet with new opportunities.

This is how greed works with the phrase "I want more." And, as often happens with greedy people, the desire for more ends in the loss of what was. The inability to stop in time and really get that joy from profit is present in people who do not know how to control their emotions. Thank your luck and spend your winnings on something useful, so that you can believe that you are not wasting money but are acquiring something necessary and needed, experiencing real benefit from the games.

Very good advice, indeed gamblers like that when they have entered the world of gambling they should enjoy it in a relaxed manner but for some reason many gamblers forget about that because of the greed factor in wanting a big win at the casino.
If the gambler comes just to have fun then he will feel happy and he also does not experience a big financial loss because he knows the maximum limit in playing when he is satisfied then he will stop immediately.
However, for gamblers who come to the casino just to chase victory then be prepared that he will immediately get the bad impact of his own mistakes.
Yes, a very good one. However, majority of gamblers are born greedy that’s why it would be a very hard task not to think about the previous winnings as we only come to gamble to make more money and fulfill our greed on it. Those who managed to control their greed and just think of gambling in order to get entertained are just those chosen few, while most of these gamblers only gamble again because their excitement grows when they happen to win on their bets once.

I experienced what @OP say because when we won a huge win, our minds telling us to keep playing gambling. We want to hit the other big multiplier but we forget that we can win is because we are lucky. We don't think that our lucky can leave us after hit the big multiplier before.
We don't have a big odds of doing that so we don't have to try it especially to bet with a big money. That will only makes us lose the win before because we chase more winning. Gamble without greedy can be fun so we can enjoy our moment in gambling.

I totally agree with this, something that all gamblers should remember and do but also all gamblers believe this is difficult to do.

Previous results cannot be a benchmark for the results in the next game session because the results of gambling are very random even when we play on sports betting that requires analysis there is still a chance of getting random results especially in casino games like slots, no one will ever be able to guess the results even for one spin ahead, so stop when we know have to stop either when we win big or when we lose.

Sure, there’s a possibility to achieve multiple big win for a short interval but what’s the odds of doing that? Extremely hard right?
That might be some type of possibility for only those people who are extremely lucky by nature but the ones who just hit one big win aren't so lucky but only lucky and such people might end up losing a lot of money by chasing huge wins again and again. Even the lucky ones might lose money if they want to get huge wins again and again because a casino's house edge won't allow that type of wins.
One needs to understand that casinos were built for you to profit but not compared to the way the casino will profit so by the time you have a huge win your account is already noted as well as your IP address. So chasing another huge win immediately after might not be possible whether you are lucky or not so lucky you will lose more money compared to the person who maybe is lucky.

Yes, there is always that urge to chase another huge win because you feel like it's possible but we must learn to kill that urge because that's where gambling addiction sets in. You see yourself spending all the money you won and going further borrowing and getting in debt because you feel like if the huge win was possible another one could be possible.

Gamblers need to learn to get their huge win and step back a bit and maybe play other games but don't chase another huge win because the possibility of it happening is very low.

There is indeed possibility to win again in the near future after winning big, but if we talk about the chances then I think it is very small and it is very rare for gambler to have such luck.
Chance of winning in the next session after winning is like something that is quite impossible because we ourselves can definitely learn from each individual experience where it is always more guaranteed to lose after we win.
Rather than trying to continue to survive and gamble again in the hope of getting the same win, it would be much better to stop and enjoy the victory that has been obtained than we lose all those victories if we continue to gamble.

As often times as I can, I stop gambling right after a huge winning. I know the desire to double the money you have already earned from gambling is strong but it has been very common to lose all your money and the ones you have earned because a gambler decided to go for one more round instead of calling it a day and accepting the win. If you really want to gamble more, make sure to take a percentage of your money and keep it already so that no matter what happens you have saved up some from your previous winning.

I come to realization that we keep losing because we are chasing something that has low odds to come while we are eager to get it immediately just because we experience it already.

Slow down and have fun. Gamble without thinking about your previous results to avoid being greedy.

Maybe most gamblers really want to win 1000x their bet when playing casino. Of course, for a small amount bet, when you do 1000x, that's really a big amount.
That's why only 1 in a million will win, maybe like that.

Most people know that winning in gambling is just a matter of luck. Sometimes it's because when a gambler is greedy, most of the time they always chase their losers in the casino.
And this is the problem were some of the gamblers can't avoid it.

I guess most regular gamblers have had this feeling a few or more times. Somedays you are just lucky to have consistent big wins that make you feel special. And you want to keep gambling because you assume that you will keep winning. But that's not how gambling works in practice. Having a plan helps to control these assumptions or behaviours. If I am lucky to win big, part of my wins will be set aside for personal use while I use another part to keep gambling. Immediately the budgeted funds for the bets run dry, I will log out and try another time. One cannot predict how long consistent wins will last so there is no need to lose control because you assume that your past results will affect the present.

It is true that you said gambling without thinking about the results is one way to avoid greed, understanding the smaller chances of winning is a must because many people think they will be able to get a big win when gambling but usually it makes them even more aggressive with gambling including disappointing results. Players who think about the results of gambling tend to experience greed or lose control of themselves whether the results are good or bad.
With those who think about the results and are lucky to be able to win, then most likely what they will do is bet again to pursue an even bigger win, but of course the risk of losing will still be greater and it can make the previous win lost again. This is a definite risk but we ourselves can minimize the risk with our own behavior that will determine it.

I guess gambling is just like that, you win less but you end up losing a lot. That's why the biggest challenge in gambling is not to get too attached in it because that will push you to gamble losing your emotion control and get burned too much. If you can't do that, it's better not to enter gambling in the first place, otherwise gambling irresponsibly will only lead you to a miserable life.
This is an emotional battle after a big win, between greed and more logic to control yourself. For gamblers who can't control themselves, greed will quickly take over. and I'm sure, they will definitely bet again because they are very sure they can double the victories again and they are very challenged, with the thought, this is money from winning, so it's okay if it is used to play again. and in the end, the more you go here, the more money is used to bet again. it is very rare for someone to always be lucky in a row continuously.

Very few can control themselves after a big win. The urge to bet again will always be there. Sheer will and strong determination are needed to change path after this big event. And more than likely, very few person have overcome such personal battle. Most gamblers won't stop up until there is life changing circumstance have come to their life.

There is always that inner most self desire of unsatisfaction in men and it is cause by demons in men. They drive you do crazy things for money even when you try to stop it refuse, because the body has been caged to addiction. I had a video I would have showed it but I have lost access to it for now.

I come to realization that we keep losing because we are chasing something that has low odds to come while we are eager to get it immediately just because we experience it already.
I bet gambling is more spiritual than any one think. Until you understand this, you may still be asking alot of endless questions that has no answer.

It does not even have to be a high multiplier for gamblers to start to feel cocky and greedy and start to wager more than they would initially have had they not shown to have a good luck streak in the beginning of their session by the way.
It happened to me once while I was rolling dices and started to have a quite good luck streak accumulating some dollars in profit. I would have easily logged out and called it a day, but I decided otherwise and wanted to keep earning money from dices. By thee nd of the session I had ready started to lose money and did not have much of an option but to log out and stop, before losing more than I was planning to.

If happens with moderate good luck streaks, I cannot imagine how greedy a gambler can get after hitting a significant multiplier and believe good is in side for the rest of the night or even for the rest of the day and week.
It is better indeed to take a rest before pursuing more money and spend some of the profits, before going back to the casino and further try our luck...

It is hard for some people to do, i know a lot of people who win big and they wouldn't stop until they probably lose everything they have just won, i don't know if it is the adrenaline of the win or if they simply cannot control themselves. I prefer to take a few steps back after winning and if it is a big sum, i withdraw some of it out and leave the rest for gambling later, i don't want to immediately lose all of my winnings you know.

yes, I know how it feels and that's okay, but you know what's not? Trying to see if it cuts the second time with the same multiplier... I learnt these casinos would oftentimes schedule these jackpots on different regions,in different timezones to anyone that's Lucky from each of those regions. The chances of fitting the head of a bull through a needle is much more than expecting this to happen, especially when your stakes are high.

This thinking would provably give us bad result since the more we think hitting possible big multipliers the more we are not aware that we are losing more money, since our focus is on the gains but we are not paying attentions on the money we spent.

Then somehow this is wrong approach towards dealing with these situation since most like that we might fall into addiction if we look forward to seek those fantasy to win huge came into reality.

That's why it always have a sense to gamble moderately and just have fun when you think about doing it.

I don't see anything wrong with continuous gambling after hitting a huge win as we have extra funds to do so with limited consequences. Chances may be slim to have consecutive wins but it's not different to gambling on any point of time since chances will always be slim when you even started gambling.

Unlike, chasing losses where you'll be on a much deeper loss when you continue gambling, chasing consecutive wins has little to no consequences like losing a portion of your winnings or worst-case scenario is you lose your entire winnings.

I'd say don't chase profits or losses at all. Because if you set a goal of what you're going to win, you might lose everything trying to get there.
The thing is, what you should be aiming for is to not use more than a certain deposit every so many days etc. If you win, withdraw some and keep on rolling with the same balance. It's pointless to try and say I'm gonna win this and that because gambling is just chance so chances are you're gonna lose more. Just try to limit the losses instead of anything else.

If you want to keep gambling in the long term, the only strategy you need is to not get burned too much. Because for sure you're gonna lose some money. Just don't let it take over.

It's really not easy gambling without thinking about your previous results, be it a good and successful one or a bad and terrible results, either of them isn't an easy one to make away with and just say you are getting onto your next gambling section without considering that as these acts as a fuel to your gambling habits or a discouragement either ways they have a role to play in your next line of action gambling. But not allowing it become a beacon of decisions to your gambling habits makes the difference for even responsible gambler.

Hitting consecutive big wins is extremely low in theory but can happen and there's no problem with someone going for few more bets especially after winning big which is different from chasing the loss, it's someone who tries to recover their previous lost bet by wagering higher amount or increase the multiplier or any such thing by assuming they can win back the lost amount which is wrong and can end up in busting the entire bankroll. When someone feels like they are chasing the loss it's better to stop right there even if they're in loss that could save them from losing further.
Before my very presence, someone was able to hit the jackpot two consecutive times in a gambling hall just because he decided to try gamble after initially winning. I don't think there's anything wrong with a gambler trying to gamble more after winning big because that very moment might be his time to shine. However, if after trying for three or four more times the gambler who initially won big fail to win again, my advise is he should leave gambling immediately so he doesn't end up losing every dime he had initially won.

In slots, at any moment (before or after winning/losing), the odds are clear from the start. Therefore, there is little point in discussing the rationality of the game here - at any moment it is the same.
When it comes to betting, it's different. After I hit a big win (the last one was x123) I know I'm moving in the right direction, so I don't see a big problem in immediately continuing to try to repeat or surpass my success.

Gambler's fallacy. Gamblers believe that what happened to them will happen to them again that's why they continue playing until all of their winnings plus their initial capital lost. Not saying that all loss their money when they gamble even longer, but most eventually lose their money.

Chasing your wins is one of the worst things to do as a gambler. It's the same as chasing your losses and always, always know when to stop if needed. I'm not betting on those gamers that has x1000 on it although I know it because I've seen it, but if in case it happened to me where I won a huge amount after betting, I will immediately stop and withdraw all of the winnings plus the capital. Knowing when to stop is one of the things that gambler must have especially if they're winning. Being optimistic will lead you to nothing because there's a chance that instead of you ending up winning, you might end up losing all of your money.

Every win has to pay for all the previous losses, it really is hard to come out on top when you consider the big picture.   Ideally when you win you should reset, make to to pay off all your bills for the month and only then do you make the win real and lasting in its effects.
You can win and lose it all back of course and its a pain when that happens, almost unbelievable because it dont feel right to be lucky and so unlucky just afterwards but it happens so ideally take some off the table is the only sensible course of action imo.

I believe every game is just a new one with its own attributes and chances probably different from the previous game. So whether the previous was a big win, small or no win at all... the current game is suppose to be approached afresh so that we can actually concentrate to analyze and get it right rather than overly believing it must have to bring in same result as the initial. For example in soccer, you will have to understand that different weekends are not the same in results because some weekends may mostly turn out draws and the next week may be much of direct wins or away wins. Therefore, we have to treat, analyse and approach games differently because winning first set of games doesn't mean we should be greedy to throw caution into the wind to gamble irresponsibly.

It takes a lot of courage for someone who just hit the jackpot to allow the joy to settle down before they will start chasing another one. Some think that the moment such a kind of winning happens, it's that time of the year for them where they will make all the big wins all in one day, which if care is not taken, they can end up losing all of that which they won back to the system.

The same way that it's not good to chase after gambling losses, that's also the same way that it's not good to always use because of our winning to keep on playing such kind of game is already affected by our emotions, which can lead us to making wrong choices.

Yeah, I agree with you. Neither of them it is wrong to chase them. When we are losing we shouldn't chase profits by all means making us make wrong decisions continuously. The same thing also goes to a situation where we are winning and we tend to chase more wins. My dear when we are winning its best to stop when we have won a good amount of money. So that we won't start losing again. Greed is the worst friend to any gambler.

It's not about odds to win to me, odds are same no matter if i waited a while or not.

It's about losing my nerve after a loss. When i lose, i start to get anxious, and might bet more then i originally planned to. I might win, but most likely situation for that is, when i am going to bet in anger, i let my anger cloud my better judgement.

That's a recipe for a huge payback or huge loss. Sadly i couldn't decide which one would it be so i avoid doing that.

Surely what you said is right but the major problem is keeping according to the plan, everyone knows that winning brings certain level of excitement such that we feel we know how best to win, our confidence increase beyond reasons simply because we have won it makes feel will stand more opportunities of winning more and at most times we find ourselves losing all the money we won, personal I have come to the term that keeping watch to our emotions when we win and also when will loss can be very good as not to make wrong decision because both comes with different feelings that if we don't make informed decisions it becomes a problem to us there after.

The excitement was the main reason for the gamblers to get addicted to the gambling, because they feel like they achieved something.Even they was master towards the gambling site,if the gamblers doesn’t get the money out from the gambling site. The same reason will be the reason for the complete loss of the winning money. The reason behind this was the gambling site had the reverse algorithm,So the same money was back to normal value. The gamblers should change their game according to the change in gambling algorithm,So the gamblers can prevent the money from being get into the gambling addiction.

1000x multiplier in slots is very hard to achieved but indeed sometimes when people were luck they can hit those multiplier and the common mistakes for the gamblers is usually they hopes can repeat those results and starting to deposit again repetitively without realizing eventually those people were suffering deep lost and i am a witnesses it that my friends were gets huge winning from slots even they can reach approximatelly 100x from their initial amount of money but the mistakes which they made is they thought they could win it again easily and they didn't stopped to gambling because they want to achieved their target and when they run out of money, they finally realize what they're doing is useless so the opinion about slow and fun is really good because while gambling never pushing ourself to reach the particular profit and just attempts to enjoy every our gambling activities

It's easy to say, still hard to get it done to forget about your previous results without remembering it. However, only a few have mastered such an act to focus on their present bets games without having in mind their previous results on how they have won or lost in their bets.

However, as humans, our brains function on remembering the present and past to generate results from them. However, our previous results can't be forgotten because we use them to judge what our present results would look like.

Having said that, I would say that it's not easy for gamblers who are on a winning strike to cut their gambling short when the odds are in their favor. There will be a push to continue to bet more for the win while losses await at the end for such gamblers who thought such

Something I've said a few times and I'll repeat it here again: The worst mistake a gambler makes is not what they do after a big loss, but what they do after a big win.

Losses usually have a stopping point (ZERO BALANCE) and there is no greater suffering for the gambler as long as they can control themselves so as not to put more money into the game.

However, the "fall" of losing money you've won is unpredictable. You can lose $100 or a million dollars that you've just won. Not everyone is prepared for this emotional shock, but it's something that can happen to anyone who started gambling with just $1.

When you win a big win in games of chance, whether it's slots or any other, the first thing you should do is set aside AT LEAST 50% of the amount and not bet it anymore. If you have the opportunity to withdraw this amount, do so immediately, even if you miss your "lucky streak", because it is better to lose what you could still win than to lose what you have already won.

I have never had this chance, because I bet on games with low volatility and always with modest amounts... but I truly believe that if I ever have this time, I will withdraw at least 80% of my winnings out of the casino.

1000x is such a huge multiplier to be won and not take a break, most especially if you are an average gambler, because though it's true those who are financially buoyant may and yet still continue, knowing fully well of the risks involved, it's still not the best idea and advisable people take a break immediately after winning, so as to not encounter great loses. Because one thing about gambling is that the house will always win, hence, it's advisable to gamble responsibly.

Quitting the game after a big win shows that you don't want to be greedy, and you are satisfied with your win. However, after winning and you withdraw like 95% of your win and continue the fun with 5% is not a bad idea. It is when you become greedy and feel that you can win big again is where the problem lies, because you might just throw back your profit into the casino. If I win big, I will quite the game and take myself out to a good restaurant.

That's right, chasing big wins or targeting big wins will only destroy your own bets, and this applies to all types of gambling and not just about slots or casino gambling, because in sports betting too. In the past I have experienced getting a very big win by making a parlay bet and the odds reached x100 more, after that win greed became uncontrollable. Because after getting that big win, I thought gambling was easy and the chance to win could happen at any time. But unfortunately, because I didn't have good self-control, I ended up getting a losing streak and that was very bad in my experience.

So yes, bet enough to have fun or just to try your luck. Because that way we will not be burdened when betting because of stress with the pressure that is basically created by ourselves with such difficult targets, or like targeting big wins. At least it will make gambling uninteresting because there are so many demands that must be obtained, even though in the end in gambling still experience more losses than wins.

Slow down and have fun. Gamble without thinking about your previous results to avoid being greedy.

I agree with the quote you said, gamble without thinking about the results. not only to avoid greed, but also the ambition to get a bigger, more and more winning sensation. we all have weaknesses as humans, which often make it difficult to control ourselves. even though someone has been trained, disciplined and so on, often have difficulty controlling themselves when the situation is out of control. well, the problem is the implementation, it is not easy even though our minds have been planted to play just for fun. in my opinion, this is the problem of most gamblers. especially, those who play games based on pure luck. one of them as you said, when we get a multiplier x1000, the urge to increase the bet sometimes crosses our minds. well, this is where someone's role is to control themselves and consider the risks. btw, it seems that almost most gamblers who have experienced many defeats or in a row want to immediately win big. that's why, they or we like to bet bigger than usual.

Chasing up huge Win?
Chasing up Loses?
Whether of the two then this is something which is really that bad or something that wont really be that ideal for you to follow or something that you must be that trying out to pursue on.
Just like on chasing up huge wins then this would really be giving out that kind of desperation on which it might really be that resulting into further gambling because you've been aiming for some another hit
specially if you've been experiencing some small winnings on which this will really be moulding up for  you to aim for so much more bigger.

THere would really be those individuals who would really be that keep aiming and wont really be stopping until they would be able to hit it up and doesnt mind that they will really be adding up more
bankroll into their gambling account. This is where they will really be messing up their lives just because of being that delusional. You would really be finding yourself having such huge trouble or issues
on the time that you do lose control in terms of bankroll management and that emotion of being impulsive because this will really be pushing you up to play even further despite on going beyond limits.
I do really agree into this sentiment or highly agree on what you have said that no matter which way you would really be going but still you would really be ending up on the same bad fate or outcome.

Gambling should really be just that for fun or something that for entertainment/leisure. Never ever make yourself having this kind of mindset because just like on what we do all know that it could
be resulting into such bad act because of too much hoping that it will really be bringing out that kind of positive result. Dont chase up winning and dont chase up loses then you should really be just that fine.

Somehow it would really be that too easy to say but it would really be that hard to be done specially if you are in the verge of winning and this is something that really happens.
You cant be able to control yourself so easily but of course each person is different when it comes to control and discipline towards their actions.

Actually, I have never experienced that feeling of a huge win, in casino games I think the biggest ever I have won was 5-0x on dice, and that was by accident because I wanted to bet on 1.02x and instead bet on 50x with auto bet and 5$, after 4 spins my balance increased lot and I finally saw my mistake. If I hadn't won I would have lost much more since 5$ on 2% win chance surely gets you broke quick.
But long story short, I think if I ever had a huge win I honestly think it would be easy for me to stop the session immediately and enjoy it for a bit. No need to chase another one since it's so unlikely to happen back to back anyway.

What do you say is true, but how many people think about it in his first gambling? Especially those who are interested because gambling advertisements offer or show victory with a very large multiple, it will be like a conspiracy right?
But as long as you play for a long time and have been experimenting with a few times to be aware of one thing, as you are aware that the big chance is a small chance, then choosing to do gambling calmly and casually, how we see gambling will determine how capable of controlling ourselves With excessive thoughts in hope.

Story of my life. I have been there and done that, and definitely agree. The regret you'd feel will mess with your mental health so bad for weeks. Once you hit a huge win from a multiplier or even just a withdrawal win, stop playing for that day. It would be self deceit to think that luck is on one's side after such a win and the person decides to try again. You will be in for a rude shock.

Stick to this advice. And where it is difficult, get an gambling buddy who would hold you accountable for your gambling activities. It helps.

Haven't we all?

This is why it is crazy to start your gambling journey and start having a taste of those wins, before you know what's going on you will lose everything, for someone who don't have any past experience with gambling they will probably think that things will keep going the same way.

Once I hit a huge win I take my leave from the casino, this is my way and there is nothing anyone can say to turn my strategy back, because it is very easy to get brainwashed with gambling, the more you have a taste of winning the likely hood you will want more, greed will consume you whole.

Greed is the only reason why anyone will want to keep gambling after they get lucky, this thing has no bar reader like our smartphines battery life, that once lucky you get can be all, if you don't stand up and take your leave you will lose every penny and walk back home empty handed.

In the past, I may chase winning and wishing to win. But as I have more experience in gambling, I do not wait at all when I win small amount of money not to talk of winning big amount of money. Example is if I win just $20 with $10, I withdraw all the money from the gambling site. So if I win huge, I can not think two times than to withdraw all the money. I will not use the money to gamble at all. If I have another weekly income, I can use small percentage out of it to gamble. I can control the way that I am gambling.

Their mistake is use all the winning to gamble more, let's say they start from $1 and won $1IK, instead of continue to bet $1, they increase the bet to $10 because they think they will earn more by bet more.
That's what gamblers often experience, sometimes I myself after winning increase the bet from the initial $1 to $5 hoping to win even bigger, but in reality it's not that easy, instead what exists is losing everything that has been won.

People increase bets because they feel they have a large capital when the capital from the winnings runs out, they regret why they don't withdraw some of it and play some of it, but people who are serakha they will return to betting by spending all of it.

Slow down and have fun. Gamble without thinking about your previous results to avoid being greedy.

This is hard to do when you have adrenaline rush. You tend to forget how to have fun and how to control yourself. As a gambler, your immediate loss or win always has an impact on how you will conduct yourself for the next round of sessions. You are considered a responsible gambler if you can take a break when there's an adrenaline rush to keep everything in order.
This is one of the reasons I limit my time playing intensive games like Crash games; its hard to stop yourself from chasing your losses because you want the momentum going.

Since gambling is all about luck, if you are lucky you can get another big win right after your prior big win. It is very rare but it happens. However it is wiser to quit for a while while you are ahead. It is because like you said, winning in gambling is already hard, no need to make it even harder.

Slow down and have fun. Gamble without thinking about your previous results to avoid being greedy.

That's what really matters in the end. Having fun. Greed is the destroyer of fun. The more greedy you get, the less fun you will have from gambling.

Go big or go home!!!! Statistically it is not impossible to hit x1000 on a game such as dice twice  just a few rolls apart. Yes it's low odds, but so is x1000 period so why not just go for a huge hit with a few bucks? Fact of the matter is we never know when something is going to hit. If you got a few bucks and want to high risk gamble and try to get lucky, go for it.

"Slow down and have fun!" I like that.

It is true that after a huge win, we are chasing for more because we did experience how it felt good winning against the house but you are right about the losing streak that will happen immediately afterwards. We should think twice after a win, we can gamble a little bit of that profit but after that, we should take a breather.
I have been in a position before where I won x5000 max win in a slot game. What I did was leave something small in my wallet while I withdrew a huge chunk of it and enjoyed the money with my family. That's the best feeling that I experienced. I also got to buy a new mattress for my wife and other household things. Let's take advantage of the profits and not gamble again without thinking it through.

Not only that, most people don't understand that when they hit a big win they are having positive variance, or in colloquial terms they have been luckier than average. And although each roll is an independent event, if we take into account the series of rolls to hit a big win again is, as you say, highly improbable. What usually happens to people who hit one and keep betting thinking that they are on a roll and will hit another is that they end up losing everything and more.

This kind of feeling is always there, where when getting a 1000x multiplier with the hope of playing another slot the victory will definitely get... Maybe some people will call it a lucky day arrived... Sometimes I myself like to think like this.

With 1000x winnings then partially withdrawn and leaving the balance in the account to continue playing... And win again...
But it all won't last long... This means that the second time win rate is very low, let alone chasing big wins... Please think more realistically because in gambling it is random sometimes more lose.

So be aware when winning 1000x in your multiplier... You should stop and take a break.

I also agree with you yet I have to the conclusion at least for Pragmatic Play slot provider that as soon as you hit one win of at least over x1000 as a multiplier it is a good idea to try again with the same bet or maximum to double it as chances are high to hit another win and I of course am talking about buy bonus thing and not playing the base game which is senseless to do in many cases. Sometimes it is better to go for it after you have made a big win especially if this big win is made from a decent bet like for example you have bought the bonus for 20 dollars and you have won over 2000 dollars in that win, in this case trying a 40 or even 60 dollar buy bonus directly after the win makes sense, in any other case scenario I disagree to try again. This is different than when hitting max win because as soon as you hit max win most slot providers have programmed their slot to start eating up people money.

You probably just lucky. It’s very hard for me to hit even 1 time x1000 multiplier on Pragmatic so experiencing it multiple is already a difficult task.

I think the point of the OP is to avoid the strategy that you are suggesting since you are more aggressive on your bet once you experience profit. I agree to the OP that we should just play slow if we are already in profit since it’s very easy to erased all profit when you increase your bets while didn’t hit anything big in return.

If you want money, then withdrawing after a big win looks like a sound decision. On the other hand, if you're just playing, like me for the most part, even with a big win I'd probably just continue playing. Not really being greedy, probably just a combination of being hyped after a big win and wanting to play more after that big win.

As you pointed out, have fun. Being slow doesn't seem THAT fun to me, at least when I'm hyped up. Just a personal preference though.
It's weird, so you didn't cash out any of your winnings, instead you continue to bet even though you're keep making profit? a gambler need to know when to stop, that's a way to appreciate yourself with the reward you earn from gambling.

This is what should be done, but it’s far from the reality of what actually happens. After several years of gambling, greed is always there. We can’t deny that even though we know the consequences, sometimes we still give in. As they say, it’s easier to say “don’t be greedy” than to actually practice it in real life. This might be because we’re only humans, and we’re easily drawn to life’s temptations—especially when we’re constantly thinking about money, which influences our mindset.

That’s why we can say a gambler’s life is not easy. People who think it’s simple to make money this way are mistaken, because if that were true, there would be a lot of wealthy gamblers by now.
