This very scam isn’t a new one but don’t be surprised when you see and hear that people are still falling for such scams because everyone definitely want some extra cash and profit’s especially for works they didn’t do but possibly in form of gifts and bonuses.
This type of scam is mostly used for investment and even physically, this type of scam exist and it is good we always try to enlighten people about all of these things as much as we can do people don’t have to easily fall for scans like this because there are people that will definitely still fall for the scams.
These scams are common both online and offline, It is still the same thing. In my neighborhood there was this man that came back from travel and he had with him forms of which he claimed that a non governmental agency is giving out financial grant to people. According to him the grant was over 900k of my local currency. The only condition to get the form is that you will pay 5k to obtain the form. So when someone told me about it, I told them it was a scam, if non governmental organization wants to give grants of that amount of money, why are they demanding for little money to obtain a form. Many people paid to get the form, but since that day till today nobody has heard from the Man neither was he anywhere to be found. We all just need to be careful, these scams are everywhere, not just online alone.

I guess there will be thousands of emails sent out like this, which I think many people will fall too easily to it, thinking that they have won for themselves free BTC by just registering an account.

This kind of scam has existed for years, and many people have fallen victim to it; that's why scammers keep repeating the same scamming method, knowing fully well there will be people who will fall into their trap because of greed.

I think it's very important for everyone to stick it into their memory, and let other people know that there's no free money on the internet, anyone promising any reward payment in Bitcoin when you know that you didn't perform any task that is worth the Bitcoin to be given to them, it's nothing but scam.

It was so obvious a scam but I wonder if there will still be someone so stupid to fall for such lazy scams. There might be people though, our of greed rush into depositing and eventually funds out it is just a scam
Unfortunately yes. there are still many people who fall for such scams that even a 5 years old can tell is a scam. I don't know what is wrong with these people but Greed is a bad thing. it can make anyone loose their minds.
I see everyday in telegram and discord groups filled with complains about such incidents happened with them. mostly by fishing websites, they get scammed from them and then turn to official website's servers to complain and ask for help. which is not possible.
that's why I think when someone enters into crypto space he must educate himself properly about crypto and how this space works before making any financial decision.

Just like the title says, I was back testing some regular trading sites today. And I saw a pretty interesting one which caught my attention. They had claimed to give free 0.043 BTC upon registering as a welcome gift. I was thrilled and wanted to see for my self.  I followed through their sign up process, using some random emails I just maneuver, and it registered me without any verification. So yes, it was true. I saw the 0.0043 BTC welcome bonus. And wanted to try if it were withdraw able. I already knew the only out come of this, which was obvious from the very beginning. I clicked on withdraw and added an address I don't use. And then I burst out of laughter to see that they had requested a deposit of 0.025 BTC before I would be able to withdraw the bonus. It was so obvious a scam but I wonder if there will still be someone so stupid to fall for such lazy scams. There might be people though, our of greed rush into depositing and eventually funds out it is just a scam. So I just wanted to bring this to the forum so someone might learn something from it. Don't be in a haste to make money, always remember that there isn't any free money on the internet. Noone will give you such huge amounts of BTC for free.

I have some pictures I screenshoted from the website, I would love to share but I really don't know how to post pictures on this forum. I see a lot of people adding pictures to their threads but how do I do that? Anyone care to show me so I can edit this post and add it here also for you guys to see.

i wouldn't really say people who fall for this are stupid. maybe they are gullible and old people who have little to no knowledge about this. i have got scammed a few times a while back when i was still a teenager and experience is really the best teacher of all. now i am more knowledgeable and can easily detect if something seems off about something. stay safe out there everyone.

I am happy that you can tell this is a scam, some people would have look around to gather the amount requested before withdrawing by all means, even if they don't have the money they will go out and borrow some money and promise the lender to return in a day, I am talking from past experience as I know someone who stupidly fell for such scam.

He borrowed some money from friends and relatives and they scammed him, he wept for days and later started refunding the money, in the end everyone knew what happened to him and the money he borrowed.

The lesson to learn from this is that you can't feed from where you sow nothing, it is either going to get you robbed or even killed, nothing comes easily in the life, run and run away when money is free without any service requirements.

To be honest, enlightenment doesn't work for people. The reason why I am saying this is because there are a lot of people who have knowledge of these scams or have been taught about possible ways of scams. Yet, they still get ignorant and fall victim. I think experience should be what would teach them to take security seriously.
For a person who has never learned this kind of deception will not change anything, he will just look for another place that they might think can earn.

The scam described is actually an old method that is only improved by using a website exchange that looks official and has to make a deposit to withdraw a certain amount of coins which is promised to be higher under the pretext that it is a bonus for early users, but it is just a trap, but some people believe it and fall into the trap. And keep in mind that it is now easier to create a better website with the help of AI and it can be done by anyone.

This is practically the basis of scamming 101 and funny enough many mediocre people still fall for it and that's because of their uncontrollably greed that has devoured their mind thinking that it would be so easy to access such free and easy money on the internet without putting into some hard work. The whole essence of this scam is to practically lure you into it with first the huge amount of profit that they have promised and that's basically the part that get people rocking.

I won't believe anyone or any platform or any site which will give you free money just like that, even if it's only for 1$, there is always something behind it. I don't know how much dollars that 0.043BTc would give you at that time you posted this topic, but it worth around 2,600$ now. That's too good to be true, I won't bother to do the registration.

Now I wonder, the fact that this kind of scam is still around that means there are some people out there would fall to this kind of scam.

This is an old trick that has existed for such a long time and shouldn’t even work on dumb folks but no, it would surprise you that some people still do fall for this kind of tricks, mainly motivated by greed, greed pushes them until you make the mistake of believing that there could be any good come out of this.
I wouldn't call greed the reason behind someone falling victim to such a scam, I know that you only go ahead with something like that if you are greedy, but it's mainly due to a lack of knowledge that makes people, mostly newbies, fall into such traps. The reason is that when a newbie comes to know about cryptocurrencies and this industry, they build a mindset that cryptocurrencies are a get-rich-quick scheme and one can earn a lot of money from them very easily.

To be honest, enlightenment doesn't work for people. The reason why I am saying this is because there are a lot of people who have knowledge of these scams or have been taught about possible ways of scams. Yet, they still get ignorant and fall victim. I think experience should be what would teach them to take security seriously.
Those who fall victim to such scams are the ones who aren't enlightened enough, however, I do agree that some people would still fall for it even if they have previously heard about such scams but they either don't remember or just ignore it because of the money offered.

Obviously, no scam is new anymore, but people keep falling for it. People are more desperate to make quick money, and they are willing to take that risk knowing it could be a scam. Bu tin realty huge wealth doesn't come easily. There must be a price to pay or a sacrifice to make. However, falling for a scam doesn't mean one is making a sacrifice.

One thing people fail to check is the pilot study on most of these websites. There you would find victims and other users to have experienced such schemes come out to do reviews on the site. You would often find these sites with lots of negative reviews or no reviews at all given that, it’s relatively new as the case often is.

The good of not having to deposit often pays off. Should you invest, you would be tempted to go all the way over a fork that was just loaded on site and nothing more.

Of course most people can still fall victim to this type of scam, more especially when it has to do with bitcoin they can do anything possible just to withdraw the bonus, sometimes it happens as a result of being greedy unlike as you said earlier. without knowing that bitcoin is not that easy to get you know had it been that bitcoin is that easy to get almost everybody would have been holding bitcoin by now, this are the things we need to consider just imagine given free 0.043 btc as a welcome bonus isn't that obvious that the trading site happens to be scam? Actually I just love the way you go about it, because most people can decide to put their real details hoping that the trading site is genuine this is why we need to be extremely careful because most of those site their intentions is just to get our real details.

One of the reason why some people fell victim of scamming is greed, inexperience and inadequate information because they want to make it to the top using shortcut without due deligente but if truly one is equiped with adequate information and experience it will be very had to fall victim of scam. I'm so impressed that you were smart enough to be able to put a precautionary measure on your experience if not you would have fell to the scam.

Honestly, if people can stop the level of their greediness, they will hardly lose money to scammers, especially in the cryptocurrency industry. The many reasons why people are losing money in the crypto industry can be observed, and we will discover that it is the level of greediness causing it. Let's imagine how people get scammed by these new meme coin projects. Just because they want to make money quickly, they invest all their money in these meme coin projects, despite being aware that almost all of these meme coins are pump and dump projects to scam people. This is the logic some scammers use to trick some people, but because someone is eager to make money, they will blinded and want ahead and invest them. When they see a great coin like Bitcoin, where the risk of losing money is small, but they hardly invest in it due to their greediness.

Unfortunately learnings comes late for people and we also experience that. Risk taking is normal characteristic of people and they think about its fine to play in the fire if we know how to execute a graceful exit, but sadly lots of people fall on bad situation because of miscalculation of every actions they do. That's why its really better to eliminate first the over expectation and just think about starting to learn from the mistake of other then improve their knowledge so they can avoid any potential scams. We know the profit to be given is really tempting but if we could avoid to participate those investment with posses huge risk to lose money then I guess much better for us to avoid it.

When a website offers a lot of free money without checking who you are it is probably scam. Website you mentioned is scam and they want you to send them cryptocurrency before you can get bonus. This is trick to get your money. Some people may still fall for it because they want money quickly or do not know better.

Of course any website that does that would be likely regarded as a scam platform, though there are some platform that offers some certain bonuses if a new users registered with them but however any platform somebody venture into and was given or offered some bonuses and latter requested them to send cryptocurrency in other to withdraw them doesn't make sense and I would advise the person to stay away from those platform because is obvious the intention or the purpose of that site is to lure people into it and scammed them, secondly people should also be aware that scammers are everywhere with diverse patterns and anybody that's not careful enough would easily fall victims because some of there patterns look so real that someone could hardly tell if is a scam or not.

This is one thing with those site that rewards with BTC, then I fell for cheap scam that said I should deposit some specific amount of money to be able to withdraw a certain amount, although then my instincts was telling me it was scammed and I obeyed and never made the deposit they requested. The reason why I never fell for such scam is that I am not a greedy person fellow who never wanted to become wealthy by all means, and guess what? Those who fell victim were easily scammed because they thought it was real without knowing it was fake bonus that was deposited to them to claim why they sent really funds to them, infact I mind the kind of funds I claims from those site that seems to offer bonus to people.

This old trick seems still effective simply because newbies come in the market are mostly greedy and aggressive with instant profits, and until they get scammed, that's the only way they will realized that there are no free or instant profits in the market.
No matter how outdated a trick is, scammers are still making use of it because people are still falling for it, so no matter how old or rampant a scam strategy is, just know that people are still falling for it. Most newbies entering the crypto market don’t really have much knowledge about crypto, and they end up falling for some of these scams. So whenever I see that their is a free money in crypto, I do make sure that I avoid things like that because scammers are always taking advantage of it to scam people. But newbies are mostly always looking for free money in crypto, which is difficult to get, and scammers are always targeting newbies.

For me, I will say that its you @ O.P who is the scammer and not the casino, so literally you expected a casino who happens to be a business venture to have just been dashing out free 0.0043 BTC to random gamblers just like that without adding a requirement? That's really unfair, because even a genuine casino can never give out such huge sum of Bitcoin without adding requirement that needs to be meant, before a withdrawal can be allowed, talk less of a random casino you have never known before. I think you just know to change your mind set and stop expecting free things all the time, because it was your desire of you wanting to grab a free Bitcoin that lead you to this, so it will be nice if you only stick to casinos which has got already proven reputable track records, and stop wanting free money online.

I don't use to involve myself to any free giveaway in this community, because that is the best strategy scammers used to convinced people from the community to scam their coins, which is what was about to happen to you, but you noticed some  scam plan that make you to escaped from the scammers. Thank you for sharing it in this community for those beginners looking for shortcut to earn coins to know that there are scammers in the community using that strategy, and this information will help them to avoid them when they come across such in the future. I know that the scammers will come up with new strategy in this community, but they will definitely be expose again because people understand their strategy very well.
We should avoid joining airdrop or other programs that require us to deposit first to reach the withdrawal amount, this case is clearly a scam but many victims, even though the fraud method is classic and outdated, are too obsessed with high withdrawal amounts and they don't realize they have been deceived. so they will wait for the withdrawal process to be successful, even though the project party does not transfer any withdrawals and they only want to steal the customer's money that has been deposited.

That's not airdrop anymore if there's minimum deposit involve since we can call that as investment. People should avoid to get fooled in that schemes since this action is usually made up by scammers. If they are interested with airdrops they should participate on legitimate programs which doesn't required their money especially their private key. This scheme is not new and there's a lot of post or articles posted to warn people regarding on this methods used by scammers so hopefully they take time to research before participating on anything they are not familiar.

Legitimate airdrops only require people to do some task for them and no other thing that can cause people harm. If they found out that the one they see is risky, better leave so they could able to save their money and effort on those scams.

inflation and many more have driven people into greed and they are no longer contented with what they have they are always wanting more and when you want more and you are looking inside the wrong place then, what do you expect than to get scammed their are things to good to be true, especially in crypto when you get a lot of messages that are to good to be true they like using investment and trying show show their victims evidence of how they have been making money in that investment. their is no shortcut to making money, you have to just be real and face reality, but people want to perform magic when it comes to investment so not everything you will do when it comes to investment.

People can fall for it, a lot of people actually. It's hard to believe, but there are a lot of people who believe that they can make quick money from crypto and that it is indeed a get rich quick scheme. Now imagine coming into this industry to find this offer from this fake trading website, they'll grab it with two hands and fall victim to it. There are quite a lot of stupid scams out there, but if there were no victims, the scammers wouldn't bother anymore, but they still do; so they indeed do get victims.
Greed will make people fall for it, unfortunately most of the newbies who come in the market are greedy for money. Even if we all know nothing comes free in this world, still the thought of having it effortless is still there. And once these people get scammed, that’s probably the time they will realized their mistakes. Scammers won’t continue to scam without these innocent victims, so the fact that until now this old kind of scam is still happening, meaning they still find target victims using this old trick.

Nothing those scammers can not do just to make sure they get your attention, it will be very good if we all clear our eyes and be careful of things like airdrops and that kind of stuff that pays quickly, no cryptocurrency pay fast unless you are lucky with the way the market come at the moment, don’t believe in anything that asks you to deposit money before you can able to withdraw from it, thank god you even use a fake wallet address to taste it and you are right by doing that, I don’t believe in any airdrop that asks for money before I can be able to withdraw or anything that concerns investing money and within 24 hours I will have a good profit.

Every country is full of scammers and we need to be careful most especially the newbies who are learning how to invest, pls be careful and anyone is free to ask questions that he or she don’t understand so that no one can cheat you, investing is not a small thing so let be smart and secure our wallet from those who are trying to steal what doesn’t belong them.

Same old tricks but unfortunately, there will be some newbie who will fall into this kind of scam.

It's an old way, but scammers are still using it. Why? Because it's effective. There will always, and always be newcomers that will feel happy that they see a free 0.043 BTC on their screen as they register. Well, the good thing though is that there might be some out there who doesn't even have 0.025 BTC holding hence, they'll just forget about this one because at first place, they did nothing aside from registering. I believe that only a few will fall to this.

I always believe that investors are becoming more intelligent every single day, and although many are still falling to these types of scams, I think that those who got scammed once learned from their mistakes hence, they will not fall for it anymore.
This old trick seems still effective simply because newbies come in the market are mostly greedy and aggressive with instant profits, and until they get scammed, that's the only way they will realized that there are no free or instant profits in the market.

But as long as there will always be newbies coming in the market who doesn't care learning from the experience of old investors, scammers will definitely use this old trick to play with these newbies and lose all their money.

This is not a new scam. They will tell you to register that they will give you  some coins. You will register and you will see the coins. But you do not have the private key and it is just a number and not any coins. It is just a fake coin that you can not withdraw but it will display that you should pay an amount of money before you will be able to withdraw the coin. If you deposit the money, you have been scammed.
there is uncertain thing that is happening in cryptocurrency generation which whoever that is a beginner in cryptocurrency have to take an absolutely precaution of scam so that it will not be victims of it, I know very well but crypto currency scam is everywhere and it will take you time to figure out that this particular thing is not right way of investing in Bitcoin but I acknowledge the fact not many people have notice all those their dimensions and they strategic ways to scam people so anyone who does not observe well in some of the investment platforms will be scammed because is unaware of scam.

Cryptocurrency industry is very crowded with many people hoping to make a lot of money quickly. This way of thinking makes them easy targets for scams as they are attracted to promises of unusually high profits. Sadly these individuals mostly ignore advice and warnings even when shown clear evidence and explanations. This refusal to listen and lack of understanding lead to financial losses and disappointment. It is sad truth that despite progress in technology and education some people will always fall victim to scams. Industry overcrowding and get rich quick attitude create perfect opportunity for scammers to take advantage. It is important for experienced individuals to continue sharing warnings and advice to help minimize these problems.

When a website offers a lot of free money without checking who you are it is probably scam. Website you mentioned is scam and they want you to send them cryptocurrency before you can get bonus. This is trick to get your money. Some people may still fall for it because they want money quickly or do not know better. By the way your story is warning to be careful when websites offer you something for free. And thank you for sharing your experience and warning others. By the way I did not open the link because it is looking a phishing scam link.
Even if the website asks for information about who the person they want to give the free money to is, that does not guarantee it not to be a scam because there is no free money anywhere on the internet, especially for such a large amount of money.

Even asking for the person's information is a double scam for them, as they can also sell out the user's data to those who will need it when ever necessary, and the data can be used for anything without the real owner's notice.

Initially, I used to think it was just greed that made people fall for this kind of scam, but now I've come to see that it's also people who don't know much about crypto and bitcoin but are interested in it probably because they have seen people talking about it or making money from it but they don't know how to go about it.

I have this family member who knows I'm into Bitcoin, he lives in another city very far from me, he called me yesterday that he has gotten Bitcoin and that he needed my assistance on how to sell it and withdraw the money. I was confused, I asked how he got and he could say, I asked what wallet or what exchange is his Bitcoin but he said it was Cryptomania. I asked for a screenshot of the bitcoin in the exchange and that was when I found out that it was a trading simulator app. An app just like a demo trading account. I had to educate him that it's just a demo account and he can't withdraw the money.
Now if a person like that is asked to deposit 0.025btc before he can withdraw whatever bitcoin he earned, he most likely might have done so.

One thing we shouldn't do is ignore the red flags. 0.0043 BTC is like $280. I'm sorry but no exchange gives out that amount of money for free. The exchange that even gives a Signing bonus is around $20 and even that is not withdrawable. That money is used to pay for fees when trading on their platform. When it's too good to be true, that's a red flag.

That bonus was just a trap and a mirror figure it doesn't have any record on the Blockchain to register it value and actual worth, just take your mind away from this and thank goodness you didn't make the deposits as demanded.
It wasn't a bonus at all. There's no bonus, it's all an illusion that these tricksters trying to convince their potential victims.

I guess that we'd never stop seeing these types of scams circulating in the world because that's how these scammers are also going on with what's the trend.

Their main capital is the greed of people that can be found when they see the amounts they're thinking are legit but there's no money from the actuality they'd give and they're all coming from thin air.

Share a few screenshots to let us have clearer picture of what you are saying, but then, this is a known scam right from time, any site that promises free money upon registration is absolutely an attempt scam and you should run away from such a site for your own safety, the main target is your deposits and once you make that deposits, they will stop answering you and even block you out of the site.

This is one of the cheapest scam I have come across in recent times but just the way you said some people might still fall for it due to greediness. I have seen something similar to this before but my own was a different approach that allows you to deposit freely but puts a requirements for your withdrawal that can never be met. It was also a trading platform with a favorable price for arbitrage.

The scam here is very obvious because it is like a ponzi where you invest and make double profits of your investment. The difference between the bonus and what they ask you to deposit is double and you don’t need to perform any task. You don’t need a seer to tell you it’s a scam. Falling for this is not actually ignorance, it is foolishness.
Yes it's the cheapest scam by you but it's funny that some people will still fall for such scam. (It's terrifies) However greed is what will make someone to fall for the scam because always they want to make profits, this forum is enough to get any solution we want about crypto currency. Sometimes I browse the internet and most of the times I Bitcointalk as one of the site that answers the questions I want. For someone to message you on their own telling you that they can help you make profits but you must send a cent first shows that it's a scam, and someone will still fall for it because there are crypto newbies everywhere on social media.

You are right. The cryptocurrency industry is getting extremely saturated when it comes to the number of people who are in it and how many are joining with each passing day, and as you mentioned, most of these people think that cryptocurrencies are a shortcut to richness. They think they can earn life-changing amounts of money from this industry, and this thought process becomes their enemy in cases where scammers offer victims very high returns, and the victims, being new to the whole thing, think that they are getting their lives changed from this.

Another big problem is that such people don't listen to advice, no matter how many times they read online, from this forum, social media, or in any other place, they will still make the same mistakes and lose their money, some wouldn't even understand if you explain it to them face-to-face.

So, you are right, no matter how advanced the world might become, there will always be some people who would become victims of scams.
Many people are joining cryptocurrency market hoping to get rich quick. Mostly believe scams that promise unusually high returns and end up with losing money. Sadly these people mostly ignore good advice and warnings even when shown clear proof and explained in person. It is worrying fact that no matter how much technology and education improve some people will always fall for scams. We need to keep warning people and encouraging them to think critically hoping that some will learn from others mistakes and invest more wisely. And if anyone get scammed by any source so they should share their stories so this will help others.

Either they just got that wrong information somewhere since there are lots of people online flaunting their wealth then say that they easily got that money from crypto. But when those newbies got curious about trying out what those people telling to them they found out the harsh truth about how hard to earn money on crypto and there's a lot of scams happened.

Sometimes people decide to participate on those scams since they think that if they became an early adapter or investor of certain project they can earn huge from it. Also there are people who try to market those scams sites for wanting to earn from referrals that's why this scamming attempts would never end since there are people who's willing to take a risk since they think they are risk taker and confused about the real meaning about "high risk, high rewards sayings" and they think if they risk big on those scams they can earn huge money to.

Here the link to the website.

This is one common way scammers are using to scam newbies and those with greed and stuff, at first seeing the amount of the bonus 0.0043 BTC is already screaming scam! Scam ! . So there's no need for you to waste your time the first place testing it out if they might endup giving you  the bonus . You know one thing you should know about this space is a place to earn and also a place to lose if not approach well and this not the only method scammers usually use there are various ways at there so you have to be careful, even in project you invest in , that's why here we always recommend bitcoin, for one to be in  safer side.
As old as this method of scam is, many will easily fall into this scam. Greed can be very powerful, once greed sets in, it will seem as if all senses of reasoning of the victim has been removed temporarily, only to be returned once the deed has already been done. This method may seem simple, it should not mean we should feel relaxed that we've known it all. These scammers are not relaxing either, they are busy inventing new methods that can easily attract people to get scammed. Anyone who has anything to do with the Internet should be vigilant and watch out for some sweet offers and malicious links so they can remain safe.

This fraud method seems outdated and I am still surprised that people are still fooled by low level fraud like this, they should just ignore the fraudulent link and without having to be curious to test the service to make sure you have been deceived, as you said above there is no type of service providing free bitcoins on the service anything and you even have to pay a deposit to get free bitcoins, lol.

But has anyone been scammed by this kind of service, I'm curious and can someone provide a link for victims of scams like this case.
Of course this kind of scam is old news and it is  surprising that people still fall for it. When someone promises free bitcoins but wants you to pay first it is obvious trick. We should always be careful and do not trust such offers. Best thing to do is ignore link and not use the fake service. Sadly many people have lost money to similar scams. And day by day these scammers are also evolving and they are tricking the new methods and scamming people with new methods. We should always be careful because next person can be one if us. so we should always be updated and be careful.

There are many ways for fraudsters to play strategies to deceive people. This fraud model that you convey is for me the stupidest and maybe no one will really be trapped into depositing a certain amount of Bitcoin in order to get the amount of Bitcoin they give.

ImgBB and there are many other image hosting sites that you can use to display images on forums, but I recommend using TalkImg.com which was created by one of the active users of this forum.
Using TalkImg.com image hosting is very easy and can be used by anyone without any difficult processes. I recommend to you.
I guess no matter how stupid the trick is, there are still some very innocent people who will really fall for it, knowing a good amount of bitcoin is waiting for them. But if they are wise enough, they will analyze the situation first before they will take an action, or DYOR because that will certainly help us to be aware of the new and old forms of scams and help us avoid or prevent it from deceiving us.

From the welcome gift that they are offering, we are supposed to start sensing scams. How will a site offer 0.043 bitcoin as a gift for newcomers? That’s just too high. If they are giving that amount to all their new customers, how are they going to get the money back? But seriously, I hardly try out new sites. I do make use of the old trading sites, which I know are highly reputable and have been using for some time. Lots of scammers are out there looking for ways that they are just going to use to scam people, so when we see a random website, we shouldn’t just make use of it easily, make sure you do your research first to confirm if it’s real or fake.

This is not new to me, thousands of this websites are being shared in Instagram and I’m tired of reporting them everyday on social media. I don’t have any details whether people are still falling into such sneaky dumb tricks to scam you. I believe most if the victims are the very new people to crypto thinking it is a magic way to get rick, combined with greed, nobody will ever talk to him to not deposit money into that trap platform.
I hope social media find a solution so these websites won’t have a way to promote them through their ads platform.

Here the link to the website.

You could’ve just added screenshots for the website without sharing the link. However there’s no harm since everyone knows it is a very old scam trick.

It's not a new type of scam, it has been around for ages, I remember seeing such "exchanges" even in 2018, but have become extremely popular the past few years. To be honest, without wanting to sound mean, how does someone fall to such a scam? How can you be so gullible to deposit money in order to receive money? And providing that you're a newbie and don't know how exchanges work, it's simple logic, while you can always Google search it, it's a click away.

There's no kind of service or platform that would offer free money, ever.

It's a new form of scam for those who are unaware of it, but for us who have been here for quite long, we may have heard it a lot of times.

Well, everything that seems too good to be true would end up as a scam. Just like you've said OP, there is no free money in the internet or even in the real world, so one should not waste their time and money on that kind of trap, or else they will regret it losing their funds in an instant. Bitcoin is so much valuable that anyone will give it for free without asking some returns.

people should be careful to click on that link because it is possible that the url is infected with a virus, i just tested it and there are some viruses on it. it would be better if the moderator disables the link to that url to prevent people from accidentally clicking on it.
The OP has been instructed to put that link in code box so that forum users would be unable to click on it, whether on purpose or mistakenly, i don't know why one should post a suspicious link and make it clickable. Anyway, OP isn't online, after checking, the last time OP came online was when they made this post, so i hope they remove this link whenever they are back online.

This is a scam that has been outdated because the scammers no longer get victims like they used to have before because it is obvious that it is a scam because no beginner with no knowledge will be able to do such wrong investment because they will be having some doubts because they cant pay money when they haven't seen any amount in the investment; and no one have free money to give therefore, newbies come with the orientation of no one have free money to give, any attempt of similar act should be considers as a scam, only greedy ones fall for such scams.
It actually an old trick used by scammers and it hardly works on people nowadays but no matter how old a technique can be there would definitely be those who will still fall victim. He is a newbie that’s why he didn’t know about it and wanted to try his luck and withdraw it, imagine another newbie who has no clue about how scams work he would probably have deposited some btc to try and withdraw the bonus. There are lots of newbies coming in to the crypto space and might not know of this trick it’s good Op shared it with us who know who it might save from being scammed.

I certainly agree. This type of scam is not new anymore and most probably, lots of new investors have already fall on this kind of trap. For some greedy investors, they will easily fall on this wishing they could make free money in an instant. But for those who think first before taking an action, no money will be given freely, they'll just neglect the offer and ignore it. If you want to make more money, work for it , not to ask for it for free because obviously, only scammers can grant this kind of offer.

First calculate 0.0043 BTC, it's about $250 with the recent pricing. Who would give you that for free?. Absolutely no businessman would be doing that kind of carless giveaway just as registration bonus. That's the first red flag.

It's notable that some people are still very naive and greedy and would definitely fail for such trap nonetheless. You're informed and that saved you. People in very remote countries would see it as a cash out opportunity and fall for it only to regret later.

One thing is certain, if greed doesn't take over you and you're someone that questions possibilities, even in your naivety you'll not be scammed easily. The greedy ones are the major target of scammers.

Considering the fact that multiple variations of these websites still exist, it's safe to say that there are still people who fall for such obvious scams and I blame it on worthless cryptocurrencies that offer ridiculous airdrops [it's not directly related, but it gives the wrong impression to a lot of newcomers on this field]!

Here's a list of websites that use the same template on their fake platforms:
Note: There's probably more...

We're in the bull market period so it isn't a shock some of the old tricks in the books are getting resurrected but what is more interesting is that many newbies will still fall for this scam and it is due to their greed and ignorance because why would someone believe that a random person will send you free Bitcoin worth big amount for no work been done. If we don't want to earn from when we didn't sow, we won't become victims of this scam. The scammers know that there are going to be gullible new recruits that will be attracted to things like this because of the ideology that there is free money in the industry. But they forget that nothing is actually free and so they lose everything because of greed.

Good thing you brought this up again to enlighten the new members just joining us. Things like this, ponzi schemes and coin doublers are some of the scams you have to avoid. Basically just buy Bitcoin and hodl then ignore any other things that pops up because it's likely a scam. In this industry you have to consider everything to be a scam until proven otherwise.

The market is broad and our responsibility to look out for our safety because scammers are not relenting, always coming up with different ideas to lure one into running heavy losses. Scamming hurts so badly, in some cases, the victims tends to commit suicide which also doesn't end well for them. Who's still falling for cheap scams nowadays? Everyone have heightened their intelligence and we know the initial moves of these scammers in the market.

In as much as there is a scam attempt, there are people willing to fall for it no matter how cheap it might appear to be. Sometimes it is out of curiosity that makes people to fall victim of such lazy scams. It is the same curiosity that made you to waste your time to register in the website and even try to withdraw what you have not deposited. There are people who still believe there is free money outside there to be won and those are the people falling for this type of scam.

I have some pictures I screenshoted from the website, I would love to share but I really don't know how to post pictures on this forum. I see a lot of people adding pictures to their threads but how do I do that?

Did you search it through a search engine like Google? Well, as everybody has said it's a scam tactic that many might fall for if they're new to this. Those that are greedy think that they'd receive such amounts for the welcoming gift that they'd receive upon signing up. This is very simple, always apply the quote "if it's too good to be true, it's not true". Because many still fall for that scam despite that many have been giving a warning that they should forget about that as that's certainly a scam attempt.

Don't be in a haste to make money, always remember that there isn't any free money on the internet. Noone will give you such huge amounts of BTC for free.

That is a big scam mate. I'm glad you didn't fall for it to make any deposit for the bonus they gave you. To be honest, which trading site would take such risks to give new users such an amount to claim after registration without any investment? This is an early warning that it is a scam. I'm not sure why all of these fraudsters are coming up with new methods, everyone has used their previous methods, but they've turned to creating a fake platform to deceive people. However, it is a wonderful idea that you provided such information to this forum because lots of newbies are eager to make money online when there is no free money on the internet. We have to be very careful out there because everything has changed, and there is no such thing as free money. Let us avoid scams.

The scammers behind Sunxtrade have only used deceptive promotional tactics to lure people to their fraudulent platform and steal the money they deposit. They have promoted their platform on TikTok and popular video platforms by using deepfakes of prominent figures who appear to endorse and support it, touting its huge, easy, and guaranteed profits. They also offer limited-time offers, such as unique referral codes to hasten people's registration on their platform. These referral codes grant users fake money they cannot withdraw without depositing real funds. It is worth noting that there is no information about this unregulated company or information about their work team, and their domain was registered anonymously.

Also, any of the new trading platforms that promise people high investment returns, very high bonuses, and rewards in crypto once they register and activate the referral code are scam platforms, as these platforms will eventually close the user's account, preventing them from withdrawing the fake money or the funds they deposited.

Even though its pretty basic scam attempt, I don't think that only a moron or a desperate person would fall for something like that.

Keep in mind that there's loads of new people coming into crypto every day, who have no idea how bitcoin works and have very little online experience and for them this might sound plausible.

It was so obvious a scam but I wonder if there will still be someone so stupid to fall for such lazy scams.

You bet! These sorts of scams are created to scam newbies who are new to these things and don't understand anything or have any knowledge about scams. Those who get into the cryptocurrency industry because they think it's a shortcut to richness would fall for such scams because they have been misguided and they think things like these are real and one can make money this way, so they might go ahead and try it. They would get more victims if they lower the deposit threshold, I'm sure.

I have some pictures I screenshoted from the website, I would love to share but I really don't know how to post pictures on this forum. Then add the links of the images in your post wherever you want to put them. you're right, I completely forgot the 0.043btc he mentioned at the start, I was focused on the 0.0043(which now I know is a typo) that he mentioned. thanks for correcting that.

There is no platform giving you free money, base on your statement OP they are just using the old form of scam to those people that they can get a huge amount upon registering and there's a minimum requirement which is deposit after that you cant withdraw now your funds, those funds reflected to your account is not able to withdraw at all and for sure there's a number of trade spend requirement if you tried to make a withdrawal, this kind of scam is still currently up but into different form now like the task job most likely you've seen this in telegram that they will pay you at first and then they if you want a higher reward they will now prompt a required deposit. Most of the sketchy statements included in their statement that: They can double your money, you can make an instant 20x, etc. in just a week or a day, and there's no amount required. as possible avoid this kind of platform as possible don't visit at all because no one knows if these are kind of phishing too.

Only a greedy person would fall for this scam. I usually advise people not to even bother visiting these websites or engaging the scammers in any kind of conversation. Simply block or ignore them. When you’re unsure of a website or platform, use websites like scamadviser.com to determine if a platform or website is a scam or not. Scamadviser gives you all the details about the website. With this information you will be able to make your own judgement if you’re going to trust the platform or not.

Many got duped all because they receives fake and unrealistic promises for free money, how can someone just come from nowhere make a decision to offer you that kind of amount and you will still agree it's true and with a right intention, after knowing truly that you're not going to offer him any service or job done for receiving that amount stated, some of the online adverts and posts we see were only the works of influencers and some from scammers, if we take closer look on them, then we will realize that most of them were not true because they dont reward us with nothing at the end and that is if they didn't even take from us by the little in which we have, its high time people should stop having fake expectations on what they do not work for.

Don't be in a haste to make money, always remember that there isn't any free money on the internet. Noone will give you such huge amounts of BTC for free.
This has always been the strategy of scammers because they know their are some people who want to make money so fast without any stress will surely fall victim. This style of scamming is something that is not new but even till date some people still believe money can be made online without working for it. There are some well exchanges I know that do give away to new customers if they deposit some amount of asset, I haven't experience such thing or even from people around me, i don't believe in all I things like this because I know they do not exist. Give away and free money like ths is what they use in getting people that wants earn money quick.

There is nothing like free money and if you dont want to fall into scams it is just better to avoid free offers from strangers and platforms that their is no clear understanding of how people can money. So scammers disguise to be so real, don't just be so fast to grab money online, make your research to know how authentic and real with who you are dealing with online for money.

Usually newbies fall in that schemes and those scammer use such kind of offer to lure their potential victims. Its sad to see that another bad stories came up here since this is old schemes use by those scammers pretending to be a generous platform.

So to avoid any possible scamming people should know that any good true be true offer is not good to entertain. Verify always if they are doubting since everything in crypto is irreversible and people need to be smart to avoid feeding up the scammers.

Same ol same old tricks in the books. Anyone who have been here long enough would know of it and the other variants that exist on the internet. These scams will in my estimation always be here with us in the bitcoin community and even in the fiat world. Somehow they still thrive and people still get scammed. As greed, I want to believe that the majority of people who get scammed as those who are not informed. Therefore, I can say that the level of knowledge/information you have is more likely to protect you from getting scammed than when you don't have at all. Thank you for bringing it here. Even if one newbie learns of this, it would save him from losing his bitcoins and that is a win.

It was already obvious from the beginning that it's all a scam. If it's not a scam, where will the trading platform be getting that bitcoin they will be distributing to their newly registered users without them tuning out of reserve in no time, and then again, what will be their reason for even starting up a trading platform if they have a large amount of money to give out since the sole purpose of every business is to make a profit?

This is a scam that has been outdated because the scammers no longer get victims like they used to have before because it is obvious that it is a scam because no beginner with no knowledge will be able to do such wrong investment because they will be having some doubts because they cant pay money when they haven't seen any amount in the investment; and no one have free money to give therefore, newbies come with the orientation of no one have free money to give, any attempt of similar act should be considers as a scam, only greedy ones fall for such scams.
