I dont know where you pulled that number from as ideal, but modern AMD GPUs are content to spend their entire life at 90c.
Maybe you are thinking of CPUs, which should in general be kept below 80.
You are more likely to kill the card through overvolting than heat stress, as with heat eventually the card thermal throttles and/or shuts down, usually somewhere around 100c.
Canned air is great for helping extend fan life, which is by far the biggest issue for GPU mining. Canned air and arctic silver 5, dont GPU mine without them!
